We looked at the reviews, we looked at the rating.. We settled on climat24.bel. We wanted to submit an application twice, but we were in doubt. The third time, while scrolling through instagram at 12 a.m., we came across an advertisement and decided that this was a sign and put in an application) In the morning, our manager, Alexander, contacted us. A wonderful specialist, he told us about all the details, and they matched our wishes and budget. Everything is clear and understandable! We agreed on the installation on 04/10/26. Before X-day, Alexander contacted us again, clarified whether everything was in force and handed us over to the installers) The guys, installers Slava and Andrey, also called, clarified the time and place (Z-Concern)) We arrived on time, worked with a vacuum cleaner and in white socks. 1.5-2 hours have passed since the boxes were opened and the air conditioner was fully installed. They do everything quickly, cleanly and beautifully. To sum up this canvas: if you are still deciding where to order, then don't even hesitate! Everything was installed in 3 hours, the dirt was removed, and our dog was petted). During the installation, we did everything with jokes and smiles. We were very satisfied. And now our apartment is great and comfortable thanks to Dmitry, Gordey and Alexander :). Thank you guys, you're all great guys and a great team. The next day, an employee of the company called me back and suggested an earlier and more convenient (!) installation time.
