The receptionist, Tatiana, immediately responded to my request, understood my difficult situation, and invited me to come. We looked at the car and set a time for repairs. Manager Evgeny accepted the car, Alexander called and agreed on what spare parts were needed, serviced, everything is fine! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the named staff for their professionalism and human approach to our problems! Special thanks to the repair technician (I don't know his name).
