The staff is rude and aggressive: both the employee at the checkout and the workers at the distribution allow themselves to raise their voice, get annoyed and be rude. Separately, the requirement to memorize the list of dishes was outraged — if a visitor cannot immediately name the weight of the selected dish, employees begin to react aggressively and raise their tone, instead of calmly doing their job. Also, an inflated cost was calculated for a standard cutlet, which raises questions about the honesty of the calculation. Additionally, I would like to note that when asked to provide a complaint book, the staff did not want to give it out, which is a serious violation and only worsens the overall impression of the service. I hope the management will pay attention to the work of the staff, the quality of the food and the attitude towards visitors.
