I can't bring myself to call this place a service. I called to make an appointment for suspension diagnostics at the vibration stand. On the phone, the master clarified what was bothering me and concluded that the vibration stand was not needed in this case, but needed to drive and listen. He signed me up a week later, as there was a long queue and everything was busy. He also clarified whether I should be recorded accurately, since he claims 10 cars for my place and that he should definitely come and register once. I waited a week, I arrive at the time I was told to arrive, and they tell me at the reception that they don't have an appointment and the service is on a first-come, first-served basis.
