It took 2.5 months to "fix" a laptop that had a burnt-out processor. I gave away 30k, as a result, after the "repair" the new processor also burned out in a couple of hours. So after working with the Compass office, I spent money and time and still ended up with a brick instead of a laptop and the final recommendation "now replace the entire motherboard with the processor at once." If I could, I would put it below one star. Go around the tenth way.
