It's perfect for children. A small, cozy place. Delicious ice cream and milkshakes. You can also order pizza or other snacks there. There is a small space for children's games. Children can also watch TV with cartoons while waiting for their order. A small disadvantage is that when there are a lot of visitors, one girl at the checkout cannot cope with the influx of visitors, since the menu is quite diverse and each order takes time. Until the order is completed, they do not take a new one. But even this moment did not upset us.

We came in the evening, thought we'd sit down, ordered pizza and French fries. While we were waiting for pizza, we took two lattes without sugar. A latte was served, it was sweet, to which the girl replied - this is how the device does it. How is it? Then the order was brought and the girl said - we close in 5 minutes, sat... Came home, opened the pizza, it was not cut. The onion in the pizza was raw and in large pieces. Why, when the girl took the order, she did not warn that the closure was coming soon. The cafe itself is pleasant and beautiful. The girl politely served.

We decided to visit the Kompot cafe with our child, it is worth noting that this cafe was one of the favorites in our city. We ordered a Bavarian pizza, which has always been ordered before. In less than 5 minutes, the pizza was already on our table. However, it was not a freshly made hot pizza, but something warmed up, without sauce, only the cheese on top was slightly warm, but inside the pizza was very cold. They asked the girl at the checkout to heat up the pizza, asking why there was no sauce, to which they replied that they had forgotten to put it in. I want to point out that no one even apologized for the fact that the pizza was not cooked properly. The girl at the checkout chuckled with annoyance so that we could carry the pizza back ourselves, this is the first time we have encountered such unfriendly staff in this cafe. They probably don't value regular customers here. Two stars for agreeing to refund the money within 3 days, while making sarcastic remarks about us. It is unlikely that the review will be published, but we are very disappointed to visit this cafe.
