I stood in the meat department for 5 minutes, and no one came out. The man who makes pizza even went to call someone to the office, but no one came out. I was left without a purchase. I had to leave with nothing. Although there were employees walking around the store, standing in groups and just chatting. The attitude towards customers is terrible! You can also wait longer at the self-service checkout than in a regular queue, so no one will come up to fix the problem.

A penny is a penny, the deadlines need to be looked at, the bread is cold all the time, it's visible that it's at the reception and there's no place for it in the warmth, the meat is treasured,the sausages are long-standing, the cashiers are slow and say bluntly that they don't care about the queue, start monitoring and paying people with dignity and I think everything will change!

A good store, with a wide selection of products, we never left without shopping :) I want to mention the pizzeria - the pizzas are very tasty, good dough and lots of toppings, the price is generally a fire! I really like how Svetlana works - she is polite, always in the mood, even when there are a lot of orders, she tries to respect everyone :)) Thanks!! Now we only charge pizza for a Penny on Sovetskaya Street!
