We were on a guided tour and stopped by specially for a pretty penny, because there is a discount card with a good discount. While they were choosing the product, they heard her yelling at the children who asked the price of the product, in the end she did not answer them, but continued to sit at the checkout (there was no one at the checkout to pay). When I paid off, I asked for the receipt right away, she didn't offer the package, didn't ask for a discount card, gave me the change and started the payment further. I noticed that there was no receipt, asked for a copy of the receipt (because I didn't buy the product for myself and had to report to people), she doesn't know how to make a copy, called the administrator. She also couldn't make a copy of the receipt in 30 minutes. The seller, Zhanna, found the receipt (there is only the total amount, there is no product name), she yelled at me that I had to tell her that I needed a long receipt. We paid her 4 times, and after the first time we noticed that she didn't ask for a discount card and was running to complete the check. To which, she yelled that only pensioners use their discount card and did not give them the opportunity to hold a discount. When they told us to cancel the entire last purchase and re-order the product so that we could get a discount, she also couldn't 🤷 and the administrator couldn't either. There will always be a replacement for such employees, with more adequate and experienced employees. I really wanted to win the cottage), but in the end we ruined the whole mood 😔
