I found this studio for myself 2 years ago. I do haircuts here with master Julia, as well as coloring. The hand is light, the quality is great. I did hair coloring for the first time and the result amazed me. The prices are good, tea/coffee, everything is polite, the atmosphere is positive. I really like this place.

It started with a conversation with the administrator on Instagram. Everything was fine, they signed me up for a consultation with a test strand. When my master arrived, she was busy and Violetta was called. She reluctantly came over when she saw the photo-the result I want, she said that nothing would work, namely a cold shade for my hair color (spoiler alert, it turned out to be from another master in another studio). I had to extract information from her, and no one gave me a test strand. Usually the master tries to suggest options and solutions, but no... I decided to sign up for coloring anyway, but to Julia. I thought maybe she would have a more positive attitude to work) The day before the recording, I would find out that I was scheduled to see Violetta.. all roads lead to it for some reason. I ask you to sign me up for another master, to which they tell me that then I need to make an appointment for a new consultation with the test strand... And I already took the day off from work on the day of painting and I didn't want to bother with this studio anymore. In general, in one day and one visit, I did exactly the coloring I wanted, BUT in a different studio) And it's only 20p more expensive for complex coloring, but the service and professionalism are much better.

I've been there many times and liked everything. But my last visit was ruined by my acquaintance with Master Violetta. I've never had a master who didn't ask about the temperature of the water, put on a mask and left me running down my face and back. I cut it crookedly when I made a remark about it to her- I just took off my negligee and left, making it clear that she was done. I don't recommend it to anyone.
