They also proved that the old router, which was given to us more than 5 years ago, should provide the Internet speed for which we pay (spoiler: this is not the case, we changed the router to a new model). The master came well, quickly changed the router, polite. Support was also unable to provide proper advice on the cost of the master's departure and all work, and direct questions were not answered.

But it is not even possible to wait to hear the waiting figure... "Leave a request, we'll call you back tomorrow," is the best case scenario. Then the call is simply reset, and this, subjectively in my opinion, is the purest excuse: they say, don't mess with our heads, we already know everything. So please listen to the dissatisfaction of your customers, and don't be like an ostrich.
