I couldn't immediately understand why this place has a lot of 4-star ratings, but after visiting everything became clear. After all, when you like an institution, you give 5 stars without thinking, and when there are problems, 1-2-3. It has a pleasant atmosphere, cozy, good music, high ceilings with stucco molding and huge chandeliers that are unique in our city, delicious cuisine, fresh beer, average prices. But... When you wait 40+ minutes for an order, it can't leave a pleasant feeling even if you're not in a hurry. Waiters, even if the room is not very full, do not remove dishes from the tables, they get confused in orders. The result is such a mixed impression when everything seems to be beautiful and delicious, but something is definitely wrong.

**Review of the Koster restaurant (Vitebsk) from a company of 12 people** The restaurant **"Koster"** in Vitebsk was an excellent choice for our big lunch in the company of colleagues. We were pleasantly impressed and want to share our impressions! ### **Atmosphere** The loft-style interior with soft lighting creates a cozy and modern atmosphere. We were placed at a large table, it was convenient and comfortable to communicate. The music played unobtrusively, without interfering with conversations. In addition, the portions were large enough, no one went hungry. ### **Service** Despite the fact that there were a lot of us, the staff did an excellent job! The waiters worked promptly, did not forget to check if we liked everything, brought drinks on time and replaced the appliances. Special thanks for the help in choosing the dishes — the tips were really helpful. ### **Bottom line** Koster is an excellent restaurant for meetings with a large company. The delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and attentive service made our evening really warm and memorable.
