I had a wonderful experience at Kremlin Palace. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The employees are incredibly with full of hygiene, friendly, and always heplful. The service and food were excellent. We loved Mini Club / Mini Aquapark and the food. A huge thank you to Me.Çağrı Mengüç and Ms. Aylin Kaya for their incredible hospitality. They not only made my stay memorable but also helped us book a family reservation for the 2026 summer season, including the pavilion which is private place by the sea to spend “me time”. Their dedication is truly appreciated, and we can't wait to come back!

Food is excellent, sea is very close, polite staff ,water slides, amazing shows every day ,fresh fish, pancakes ,olives etc., stretching exercises , big rooms ,but now new, The Kremlin near pool and sea is a cool idea.

Nice place. The hotel is not very fresh, but it is clean.We had a lot of holidays with the children.Large territory.Nice beach.The staff speaks almost all Russian.It's delicious, especially the meat on the fire.Lots of greenery! Apart from the fish on the fire, there was no more seafood, it was a pity. During the day, there are outdoor cafes with a children's menu and much more.Very tasty tortillas.Waffles.There are a lot of drinks, everything is decent too. No water was brought to the room, which is a minus, charging did not work if you turn off the light. But the cleaning was every day!Change of towels.On evening programs: I was busy once on Sat, other days it was boring in the evening.It was a 30-minute walk from the hotel to local shops. Overall, it's a good hotel, if you don't look at the nuances above.
