I highly recommend not contacting this organization!!!!!!!!!!!!! They let me down initially, they just didn't arrive at the agreed time, and I took the day off from work for this!As a result, we arrived, the installer installed the antenna, but the Internet did not work, (more than one day was spent) searching for a connection, you know, everything is not easy and not fast.We somehow got the Internet , but not for long , in order to watch TV and use the Internet , you need to restart the router every time . As soon as the Internet problems started, they couldn't be reached. I wrote to tech support, they promised to call me back, they are still calling me back. I don't recommend it at ALL!!!!

I ordered the Internet and cameras at the cottage. Manager Daria was very helpful in solving the problem and selecting the equipment. All issues were resolved quickly. Andrey and Evgeny worked at the facility. Great professionals. We did it efficiently, and we consulted beforehand on where the cameras would "stand up" better. The repairs were taken into account during the installation, they were done carefully, the wires are not visible on the facade of the house at all. In short, I can recommend the company. I was satisfied with the services provided.

I've never set a unit yet, but I can't resist. Previously, I had to work with this company - all issues were resolved. But since this year, I've stopped understanding what's going on there and whether the company is working at all. An attempt to contact by phone means waiting at least half an hour for a response to the melody (which, of course, at least slightly compensates for the time spent). But then, if you manage to wait for an answer without calling again, they politely promise to call you back and ... disappear for a week. Well, as they disappear, they don't call back at all. Endless phone calls again. Dad tries. An hour or two. Success! Promise to call back! Eeeee-it's a week again. There is no call. Attempts to reach through. After a while, success! Expected - a promise to call back. The result is known in advance :). I waited like this for almost four weeks. Each call emphasized urgency. In fact, it's not urgent anymore, I solved this issue a long time ago, but it's a matter of principle. After 4 weeks, things moved forward - I got the price and the opportunity to pay. I made the payment and even got a tracking number. But for a week, my paid parcel cannot get out of the door of this organization and travel 40 km with paid delivery :))) Attempts to get clarification on the delay are promises of clarification. The result is known - there are no clarifications 😂 And the reason for all this is a couple of cable assemblies.. I don't know how else to address issues of a more serious nature.…
