We visited in May 2023, and we liked the restaurant for its atmosphere, quite diverse menu and good cuisine.
You do not have to wait long for an order, the serving of dishes is fast enough, the decoration of the dishes is decent, good service, competent waitresses (can tell you in detail about each dish or give a good recommendation), delicious.
We can confidently recommend tartar, solyanka, a set of pancakes, pike cutlets, carp, and, of course, a set of homemade liqueurs.
The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it.

Oh my God, that was amazing. It's been a long time since I've tasted so good. Beer, tinctures (which they prepare themselves), dishes, service, everything is at the highest level.
Sorry for the details, but even in the toilet, the toilet cover is automatically replaced. This is space in general.
A top-level restaurant, a magazine menu with a description of everything in mind of mini-stories, not just ingredients listed.
Vereshchaka is generally, my respect, such a delicious thing that words cannot describe.
I recommend it to everyone, but I warn you, the bill will be tidy. With alcohol, we had 300-350 rubles for three of us. (For Russian ~ 12k, at the rate for July 2024).

We have been here 5 times during our stay in Minsk. I really liked the cuisine and the atmosphere of the restaurant, both inside and on the terrace. Polite waiters, a very nice receptionist. It was easy to book a table, there were never any problems. The prices are acceptable, and the portions are really large. A place where you want to return. Parking is free nearby, which is also not unimportant. The food is very tasty, as are the drinks too. We will definitely come back to you the next time we are in Minsk.

We expected more after reading the reviews. The menu is decent, the staff is polite. We ordered a salad with beetroot and homemade cheese, beetroot and cheese are excellent, but lettuce leaves with sand, not washed. The hodgepodge is thin, but the borscht was delicious. A duck leg with apples in the duck part can be praised, apples with cherries are very sweet and with a lot of fragments of spices that are put during cooking: cloves, coriander, some other woody inclusions. Apple kvass and assorted liqueurs are excellent.

The kitchen is delicious, the interior is pleasant. We tried borscht and draniki. I liked it, but it was expensive. 9 draniki in a serving with three sauces came out - 1800 rubles. Borscht is cheaper - for a serving of 600 rubles

We were in Minsk for 3 days. We looked at popular food places with a national flavor on the Internet. There were a lot of positive reviews about this institution. We stopped for lunch. The impression is depressing. Old shabby interiors, sticky floors in the toilet, it looks like dirt. The dishes and the serving are ordinary, like in a cheap eatery. We won't go a second time for any money.

Excellent restaurant in the city center, in a quiet area away from the avenue.
It's very atmospheric, I want to look at the details, Belarusian music is playing - in general, it's a solid aesthetic pleasure)

Moscow prices for, in general, ordinary dishes of Belarusian cuisine. Although the dishes are undoubtedly decent. There are always a lot of people, although it is not a problem to find a good quiet place comparable to this in Minsk. In short, for tourists from Russia, who will not be surprised by the price tag. A restaurant of national cuisine. You definitely need to visit it. They are very tasty, I advise you to try minced meat, you will die. Delicious shingles, hodgepodge, borscht, a set of settings. There is a set of settings, both female ones are weak, and male ones are strong. There was a compliment to the network in the form of canapes, if you order any dish, the compliments were croutons. The cafe is not cheap, but I recommend it to visit.

The place is tired, the chairs are scary and uncomfortable, the waiting is VERY long, the dishes are unreasonably expensive, the owners have not heard about a reasonable price /quality ratio, the waiter Alexander does not know how to communicate with the guests of the institution.
I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone because of the above points. There are much better establishments in Minsk.

The food here is delicious. Indeed, it is cooked with a soul. The situation is very good.

I put a three only because I liked the service (the waiters are 5 stars, you are well done), I can't judge the whole kitchen, but what I ate cannot be called restaurant food, the level of the student canteen (sorcerers, cabbage rolls, and some other dish I can't remember what it's called) and I write it not behind my back, but when visiting everything I voiced it to the waiter and asked him to tell the one who cooked it. In a restaurant, after such harsh criticism, one of the chefs usually comes and at least asks what is wrong, but no one even deigned to approach. Tinctures and applications are the only things that have gone in.
