I was frankly shocked, as this approach shows both how insignificant they consider human health and how they are trying to pass it off as money. He just said, "I'm sorry, it was overlooked." he was content to say. When I pointed out that the fruits on the cake were already shriveled, he told me, “That's what happens when you stay in the closet for 1 hour.” he replied. However, the day before, when I told him that the other cakes we were looking at in the evening were still standing in the aisle and the fruits looked very fresh, he did not take any responsibility, “Ma'am, I have a customer, he is waiting.” by saying, he almost tried to close the issue. This situation I have experienced has seriously disappointed me in terms of the freshness of the products and the storage conditions, as well as the approach of the employees to customer health and satisfaction.
