The dishes are interesting, the names are wonderful. Separately, I would like to note the unusual presentation of some dishes (stewed ribs were burned before our eyes to the sound of a pipe - a whole action!). Special thanks to the staff: the girls are polite, funny, they will tell you everything, explain, and advise. There was a wonderful girl there, dressed in a medieval costume, with a huge ladle stuck behind her back! She's so cool (the girl, although the cook is too)! Even the bill is served unusually). As for the bill: the two of us ate about 3500 too much, although we are not small)))

The Kumpyak tavern became one of the main gastro-discoveries on a trip all over Belarus. The name refers to the raw ham— a preparation for traditional Belarusian ham, and the cuisine here really holds the brand. The menu includes dishes based on ancient recipes made from farm products. A true Belarusian classic with a modern approach and great love for details. As always, we took everything at once: - Pancakes "like grandma's" with venison chops with creamy mushroom sauce - Pork knuckle with sauerkraut - Beef rib, stewed in kvass, with mashed potatoes and fried onions - Duck and chicken stuffed with prunes, spiced cherry sauce with pumpkin potato puree - And, of course, branded Lida kvass — where without it Each dish was not just delicious, but satisfying at home, with an unexpected depth of taste. A wonderful tavern with delicious food and its own wines and tinctures. There is a craft beer. You look through the menu, and the names of the dishes make your mouth water. The prices are affordable. Authentic music is playing in the background. I ordered a small set of tinctures and stewed ribs. The tinctures were brought on a log, making a whole presentation show. The ribs are excellent, my compliments to the chef. In general, the dinner turned out great. But I couldn't have breakfast the next day. The place was open, but it was preparing to receive a group of tourists, and there was no place or food for a lone traveler like me.
