The organization of work leaves much to be desired: the schedule is not respected, patients are forced to spend their time in the hallway without any explanations or apologies. In a private clinic, you expect a more respectful attitude and clear work. I hope the management will pay attention to this problem.

Reception = the face of the clinic. We made an appointment with a specialist three months in advance. We arrive at the appointed time, and we are told that our reception is in 1.20 minutes. They called and wrote to you, but you didn't answer. Having failed to find any missed or unread messages on my phone, the employee (who did not serve us) tells me that I could have called or written to them myself and clarified my time. There are no complaints about the girl who arranged for us, she is polite and courteous than her colleague (who allegedly had a difficult day before) Dear management, teach your employees about the service!!! While I was waiting for my time, I listened to the whining and nervous outbursts of this lady. You need to leave your problems at home!!! A very unpleasant impression almost from the doorway. Moreover, they did not inform us about the time transfer (we were traveling from another city to you), and they also accused us of unconsciousness. In general, this was the only negative, I hope on the next visit this "unpleasant misunderstanding" will be in a good mood or not on shift.
