We visited this restaurant after reading the wonderful reviews from others and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The seafood risotto was superb, the choice of cocktails was diverse and nicely curated. Sitting outside in the evening was the icing on the cake and we most certainly will return. Oh, and the tiramisu was to die for.

La Scala is a real little trip to Italy right in the center of Minsk! The atmosphere here is so cozy and warm that from the very first minutes you feel like a welcome guest. The staff is always friendly and attentive, they greet you with a smile and create the feeling that you have come to old friends. The special pride of the restaurant is the Italian chef, and it is felt in every detail. Before the main dishes, a complimentary bread basket with fragrant pesto butter is served – a small touch, but it immediately sets the right mood. The quality of the dishes and products is really at the highest level: pasta, pizza, meat and seafood – everything is prepared with great love and taste, which is difficult to find anywhere else. La Scala can be safely called the best Italian restaurant in Minsk. In addition, there is a great promotion on Mondays – two pizzas for the price of one. I advise you to book a table in advance, but even if you don't have time, you will definitely be accommodated. It's a very pleasant place. A huge selection of dishes and wines, delicious rich lemonades. Interesting interior. Polite and unobtrusive staff. I liked the Chef's tartare, veal tongue with oyster mushroom sauce, Ligurian salad and sea bass fillet with seafood (huge!!! portion). We also ordered crispy shrimps, but they had a strong taste of deep-fried butter. We were on the second floor at a table in front of the TV, which broadcasts how the chefs prepare dishes for us, it looked cool)) The birthday boy was given a complimentary dessert, a large portion of two profiteroles.

It was even more delicious this time! It's a rare case when, returning in the hope of experiencing positive emotions again, you not only don't get disappointed, but also admire with a vengeance)). We were in Minsk with the children on vacation and this restaurant turned out to be within walking distance from the apartment. The interior, the service, the kitchen - everything is just wonderful! The staff is polite, not intrusive service, while no table is left without attention. While we were having dinner, several foreigners were escorted into the hall and the waiters communicated with them in English. There are monitors in the hall with a live broadcast from the kitchen. The pizzaiolo prepares pizza right in the hall, masterfully handling the dough and finished products in a matter of seconds. They prepare both for the gym and for delivery, and the establishments are in demand. We will definitely come back here as soon as we get to Minsk.

We visited La Scala restaurant, we had only positive impressions! From the very entrance to the establishment, we were greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. We recently visited Minsk and decided to see how the Italian cuisine is prepared here with a 5-star rating. But everything turned out to be satisfactory. I take my hat off to the RAVIOLI right away, I RECOMMEND taking them - they're great, but with other dishes.... Pizza 4 cheeses - you expect that the cheese is still distributed equally, it is immediately scattered in the corners. But in general, the cheeses are good, the dough is 4 out of 5. Pizza parma - I really miss the rucolla, because in fact it's just a margarita with large pieces of parma (and it's better to cut them into small pieces so that they are normally distributed on the pizza. Carbonara pasta is generally not bad, made with yolks, but they didn't put the squeeze on it. A little too salty, a little dry. And the main problem is the price of the dishes in relation to their quality, especially in Minsk. I am surprised that I pay less in Moscow for carbonars with a similar composition (on yolks) than here and even tastier there. It's usually the other way around. The story about pizza is similar. The service is 10 out of 10, it's a pity there's no cash left for tea.

I can say one thing about the dishes: they are the most delicious in Minsk!!! I had salmon with asparagus, vitello tonato and duck confit! It's just amazing!!!! Honestly!
