I would like to express my gratitude to Laballiance LLC and in particular to Tatiana Alekhno for organizing and conducting training in accordance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019. In addition to theory, an analysis of specific "pitfalls" in the laboratory's activities and ready-made forms of work records was obtained. It is very valuable that we have analyzed in detail the latest changes in legislation and requirements for the management system. The format of the live dialogue in the audience made it possible to discuss controversial issues with colleagues from other laboratories. I recommend it to anyone who wants not just to "get a crust", but to really set up processes in the laboratory.
