I was at Laeva studio on April 9th in the evening with a top master. By April 12, the detachment began, which indicates the low quality of the work performed. But this is not the most unpleasant thing. The master's workplace was in extremely untidy condition. The tools and the area looked dirty, which raises serious questions about compliance with sanitary standards. Moreover, the antiseptic agent that was used turned out to have expired (2023), but it continues to be used. Additionally: I was served coffee with ants in it — this is a level of basic hygiene and attitude towards the client. I left a review via Telegram, but no one contacted me. Completely ignoring the situation. Extremely disappointed with the service. Considering all of the above, I cannot recommend this studio.

There are no complaints about Komola as a master, and I came to her based on her recommendations.I rate the administrator, which is not sufficient for the client to come a second time.
