I was at Laeva studio on April 9th in the evening with a top master. By April 12, the detachment began, which indicates the low quality of the work performed. But this is not the most unpleasant thing. The master's workplace was in extremely untidy condition. The tools and the area looked dirty, which raises serious questions about compliance with sanitary standards. Moreover, the antiseptic agent that was used turned out to have expired (2023), but it continues to be used. Additionally: I was served coffee with ants in it — this is a level of basic hygiene and attitude towards the client. I left a review via Telegram, but no one contacted me. Completely ignoring the situation. Extremely disappointed with the service. Considering all of the above, I cannot recommend this studio.

I visited Laeva studio once with Master Zarina — and this is love from the first visit. Manicures, pedicures and extensions are done perfectly, neatly and with taste. Sarina is very attentive, professional and pleasant in communication. The studio's atmosphere is clean, cozy, and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I was super satisfied and I will definitely come back!
