When the order was finally delivered, it turned out that the cabinet was made on March 1, 2025. This raises questions about the reliability and organization of the store. The lack of communication with the factory and warehouse indicates poor coordination of processes. In addition, the store does not provide movers or delivery to the apartment, which is an additional inconvenience for customers. If you have a load weighing 50 kg, you will have to carry it yourself. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and organization of work at Ami Furniture. I do not recommend this store.

The woman at the checkout when placing the order assured that the mattresses would be available in a maximum of 2 weeks, since the beds were available, and the mattresses were delivered quickly. I paid the entire amount, and I indicated that I would pick up the goods myself. That's all. It was a standard procedure, like everyone else's. After 10 days, a text message says that the product is missing, and the delivery time increases to 60 days. I give 1 star to the store and its work.
