We ordered two children's sofas and mattresses at 28 Partizansky Ave. They have a very good man working in the gym, an assistant. He told me everything and advised me. The woman at the checkout when placing the order assured that the mattresses would be available in a maximum of 2 weeks, since the beds were available, and the mattresses were delivered quickly. I paid the entire amount, and I indicated that I would pick up the goods myself. That's all. It was a standard procedure, like everyone else's. After 10 days, a text message says that the product is missing, and the delivery time increases to 60 days. I give 1 star to the store and its work.

I ordered a cabinet from Ami Furniture, and ran into serious problems. The expected delivery date was at the beginning of the 3rd decade of September, but the cabinet was delivered only at the beginning of the 2nd decade of October. The reasons for the delay turned out to be unsatisfactory: allegedly, the goods are not in stock and are being manufactured at the factory. At the same time, the company was unable to provide more prompt information and resolution of the issue. When the order was finally delivered, it turned out that the cabinet was made on March 1, 2025. This raises questions about the reliability and organization of the store. The lack of communication with the factory and warehouse indicates poor coordination of processes. In addition, the store does not provide movers or delivery to the apartment, which is an additional inconvenience for customers. If you have a load weighing 50 kg, you will have to carry it yourself. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and organization of work at Ami Furniture. I do not recommend this store.

I can't say anything about the furniture itself yet, we bought a sofa for a home theater. But guys! Delivery! What are you doing at all? They can't take off their shoes?! It's slushy outside! They trampled my entire hallway, the entire oak staircase! All laminate flooring on the second floor! Can't you give me shoe covers? Or is it difficult to take off your sneakers? Healthy men! I've never seen such filth before. A lot of people come to us with deliveries and everyone always takes off their shoes! This is not an entrance! This is a house where people live! Children! It's just disgusting! Teach your delivery people basic respect for your customers!
