We were well aware of the availability in stock before that, but it was inconvenient to travel due to the location and opening hours, and we needed to buy the sofa today. The last question remains, why is it in your window if you don't sell it, what is the purpose of the store's existence, if I can look at it on the website. The alternative was "Well, then pay the money and arrange delivery from the warehouse", if this option suited me, I would not have initially spent time and effort searching. If, after all, there is an exhibition piece in the store that you cannot purchase in a specific place or this particular item of goods, then shouldn't this be indicated? In general, the result of visiting the "store" (exhibition), the goods were not purchased, the mood was ruined, time was wasted, and there was a whole set of "wonderful" sensations.

I had extremely negative impressions of visiting the Ami-Furniture store. The sellers are completely incompetent and, apparently, not interested in sales. A situation arose when one store in the chain reported that the necessary product was in stock (5 units), but this store claimed that it was not available at all. We ordered two children's sofas and mattresses at 28 Partizansky Ave. They have a very good man working in the gym, an assistant. He told me everything and advised me. The woman at the checkout when placing the order assured that the mattresses would be available in a maximum of 2 weeks, since the beds were available, and the mattresses were delivered quickly. I paid the entire amount, and I indicated that I would pick up the goods myself. That's all. It was a standard procedure, like everyone else's. After 10 days, a text message says that the product is missing, and the delivery time increases to 60 days. I give 1 star to the store and its work.
