After talking to the manager, she personally brought me the missing part. Regarding the chair, the backlight was slightly off, in the morning I saw that the cord was just lying. I opened the protection and it turned out that the cord was not soldered, but simply lay on the contacts, holding on only thanks to the protection. But it's price = quality, so you have to buy there.
