Thank you, there was a young man at the computer among the staff, he immediately came up, explained, and showed me what my mistake was. The two ladies who were at the reception and delivery seemed very unhappy that what I ordered didn't fit. Complete lack of desire to explain and help anything. Interestingly, it was still in the morning, and it seemed a little early to get tired. I would like to wish such staff to treat customers more kindly. Such service completely discourages the desire to come to the point. I am glad that there are attentive staff in this team, I was just lucky that he was at the point.

Yana Pavlova's employee is rude. Ruined the mood for the whole day. When I arrived at the pick-up point, there were 9 people in line in front of me. Those who came up for payment after fitting came up without a queue. I received the product and went to try it on, it turned out that one product was delivered from the wrong company, and the other was of terrible quality. When she came up to hand over the goods, this lady said: stand at the end of the queue, we have a common queue. I asked why it was different twenty minutes ago. Several other customers asked the same question. To this, she began to bicker with everyone and prove that it had always been like this, they say, these are the rules. I never said sorry, I was rude.
