We often visit Turkey. We went to this hotel in February and were delighted. We got a tremendous pleasure. Nice bright rooms, smiling staff, great food. The pastry chef is above all praise. The rest was so good, we still remember and want to come back.

Overall, it's great, but there are nuances. I visited the hotel for the second time. The first time was in 2022, after the renovation that just took place and during the construction of the BAYOU villas. I didn't see any signs of loyalty for returning. For the first time I lived in a building next to the main one, a Garden View room, this time in the main building with direct Sea View. I will try in order, the first unpleasant moment occurred when checking in. The booking separately indicated the need for one large bed, as a result, they settled into a room with separate beds on the 7th floor. After that, the maid came and rearranged the linen, laying something between them. I must say right away - it's NOT comfortable. There is always a "hole" into which one of the sleepers falls. In the future, the hotel did not show any participation in this issue, the personal assistant in the chat dropped the question at the reception, as a result, they lived like this. The view is good, there is something to pay for, but the comfort of connected beds is at least the first disadvantage. If you need silence, then it is better not to choose the main building, the music from discos in the hotel and neighboring hotels can be heard until late at night, including quite clearly audible with the balcony closed. It didn't bother us, but it may well interfere with the particularly sensitive ones. There was complete silence in the building with garden view, overshadowed only by the construction of the pitchfork during the day, but now everything is OK there:) Also about the room and the hotel: constantly, when exiting the elevator on our floor, there was an unpleasant smell, similar to the smell of garbage. In the last three days, when we came to the room in the evening, we felt the smell of some rotten cabbage, it looked very much like it was coming from the air conditioner. Personally, I advise the hotel to pick up some kind of author's unobtrusive smell and install diffusers in all common areas - it increases recognition and is generally pleasant. I've personally been to hotels with this practice, it's very cool, then if you feel this or a similar smell somewhere, you involuntarily remember the hotel. The rooms are fresh, the renovation is very pleasant, everything is well thought out. There is a little lack of light underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet area, there on the tile, for example at night, the cold is felt barefoot, but the southern country is quite forgivable, you can walk in slippers at night :) The cleaning is decent, with a normal tip (5 euros), in general there were no questions. If without a tip, then for a C, the floors may not be washed, for example :) Replenishment of the minibar is weak: every time the cleaner takes away dirty glasses, and the minibar should put clean ones (I don't know why they divided these functions), as a result, they were left with one glass out of four on the third day of rest. Then the same thing was observed, if you do not find it during replenishment. Next, the food. The main restaurant is very tasty and varied, the kitchen is an iron five, there is always plenty to choose from. Meat, fish, a variety of vegetables and fruits are all very, very pleasing. I confess, because of such a strong main restaurant, I have never visited the ala-maps during both visits, but I am sure that everything is also on the level there. The service in the main restaurant is weak, clearly not up to the level of cuisine. Tables may not be served for a long time after the guests leave. I have seen many times how waiters grab missing appliances from an already set table and carry them to guests one by one, as a result, an underserved table turns out ... I have seen dirty appliances several times. There are strong waiters, but they are a minority. If you refine the service, the main restaurant will be perfect. In terms of temperature, there are both colder halls and less cold ones, plus a veranda. Everything is very comfortable. According to the bars: everything is chic in the atmosphere, this is a beach bar, a bar by the main pool, and a lobby bar. The service, again, falls far short in places. The author's cocktail list and their performance are not very interesting. In general, again, there are more questions for the staff. Wish: make a beach bar in an atmosphere of lounge and light disco, it is not entirely clear when the bass is hammering there in a rhythm close to drum'n'bass, it does not beat with the concept of the hotel and the spirit of the coast, well, as for me. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, enough to take a walk in the evening after dinner, everything is well-groomed and pleasant to look at. Slides are top, interesting and diverse, small children may be inaccessible and scary (they have their own little ones), but adults, I'm sure, will get their high there. The beach, sun beds, pier - everything is very comfortable and on the level! There is a zoning (children's room, 18+), you will always find a place. Towels are always available and regularly updated: an iron plus for this. It is unclear whether there are only ropes on the pier, late in the evening at fun, you can try to instinctively lean for a photo and then you will dive right off the pier :) Great if this does not happen, but such thoughts arose at the first glance at the rather low ropes - fences. There is a gym in the main building: it is quite well equipped to keep fit, the simulators are modern - technogym. The only thing is that there is definitely not enough bottled water available (there are only cups and a cold cooler) - it is inconvenient. To sum up: the very infrastructure of the hotel and its condition are in the top five, the staff clearly have something to work on. I didn't really understand the meaning of a personal assistant through the what's app chat for the reason that he suggests solving a number of issues on his own at the reception: whether it's separate beds instead of one or late check-out. The hotel's application says that the barut club card is issued after the second visit - they spread their hands at the reception and did not see anything, allegedly it is automatic in points. Maybe so, but the information in the application contradicts. Upon check-out, the room was extended for 2 hours in a complimentary way, for which I thank them.

Ala carte restaurants are free and delicious. The atmosphere of purity and benevolence in everything . The rooms are small and ascetic, but you don't think about this because the rest itself is all about relaxation. Balinese women do the massage . They will do everything exactly as you ask . Like it. Very tasty shrimp and meat. Food for children, vegans, losing weight and getting fat. Allergen labels are everywhere. In the mobile application, you can watch the program of activities and book restaurants. Roller skaters ride by the pool, you can place an order using a QR code and not get up :) There is everything - discos, entertainment for children, sports activities (aqua gym, Pilates, cross fit), shooting. A bombastic water park. There is almost no music in the rooms, in any case it ends before 12. Expensive animation - acrobatic shows and children's fairs. The hotel is big, but there is no feeling of an anthill. The interiors are decorated with cool paintings, the territory is green, you can walk around to breathe or run. The staff speaks Russian to a sufficient extent. The beach is a little bit with small pebbles at the entrance. The water is clean, the fish are swimming. The water activities of the neighboring hotels float far away. In comparison with the neighboring "luxury hotels" it is very adult, no towers and luminous misunderstandings. You can find your own corner. They feed the seals, they run around here and communicate with the guests. A gorgeous heated pool - it's warm to swim in late autumn. And most importantly - baklava... P.S. the young man went for the second time, read reviews for two months and dreamed of local food))

The buildings are located 200 meters from the highway - deep in the territory What could be improved for me personally: 1. Do not let dogs in at night - once at 06.30, when I was walking around the territory, two followed me. 2. Make a pontoon for diving in the sea 3. Establish cooperation with bicycle and scooter rentals 4. Do not turn off the air conditioners in November so that people who go to bed early and do not want to hear the sounds of the disco can get fresh air without opening the balcony. 5. Write on the website that if the room has a size of 55 meters, then a huge balcony is included in these meters. 6. To repair various small things in the rooms. For example, one outlet fell out and some of the baseboards were a little scuffed.

Winter holidays. February 2024. So, according to the facts. Positive: +$ 20 from the airport and a 15-minute fast taxi ride + We settled early, thank you! +The food is great. I will note the abundance of meat, very conveniently sliced fruits, really various cakes, delicious coffee, a million different snacks. +A good spa. But we were cold. The pool seems to be heated to +28, but considering that +15/17 is outside, we were even chilled indoors when leaving the pool. There are two hammams. There is a separate sauna for women. Clear. +++ Clean towels everywhere! It is very convenient that you can dry off five times in the pool and cover yourself on the beach at sunset in the evening! That's a big plus here. No stupid cards. + The room was not rented in the central building. We took it in a separate room with a view of the garden. Therefore, it was very quiet, but only for one day. Then the comrades with the children stopped by. View of the pool. The room is huge. There is everything you need. Clean up cleanly. Towels were changed every day. (There are no toothbrushes, no shower caps.) The rest of the cosmetic kits are present. + The bed is comfortable. The pillows are cool!! + Lots of sun beds on the beach. It was warm in the afternoon. We sometimes came to sunbathe. + Huge territory. It really pleased me. We didn't have much to do, we were walking all the time. + The service is excellent. Everywhere. From the reception to the restaurant. + We saw that there is a doctor's office. + CLEAN! Everything is very clean everywhere. The hotel is really being watched with great love! + The network takes you everywhere! Minuses: - Renovation. The hotel is being prepared for the season. Everything rattles, buzzes and rumbles, stinks of paint. It was terribly annoying that you came to the beach to listen to the sea, but instead you listened to the instruments buzzing. They were buzzing even in the quiet hour!!! That is, sleeping in the afternoon is not real! - It is objectively cold in the rooms. Maybe because we have a separate building or we weren't very lucky with the weather. There were three days of heavy rains. At night, a maximum of 8 degrees. The air conditioner was turned on for heat all the time. You can't sit on the toilet without squealing, it's icy. I woke up hoarse in the morning. - Tiny blankets, one-and-a-half. Let's go ask for more today, we're really freezing. The two of them can't hide to keep warm. - At one point, a huge number of people settled in for the conference. It felt like there were hundreds of them. Everyone comes to eat at the same time and it's just huge crowds of people who create a queue and sweep away everyone in their path. Noisy, smoky, in short, it just greatly overshadowed the rest. All the bars are occupied. There are no tables available in the restaurant. There's just no place to sit down for coffee. These comrades are wearing badges everywhere. Evidence. Conclusions. Wishes. * It is very far from the beach from the building. Maybe there are carts here in the summer. I don't know, we'll come and check it out. And so, if you forgot a cream or a book in the room, in summer you just won't get back in the heat for these 15 minutes. * There is nothing to do outside the territory, Antalya is really far away. But here on the territory there is a place to walk and with a stroller and a child to entertain. Cinema, children's room, slot machines. * There are 5* even more "delicious" and fresh in Turkey. But perhaps we will take a chance to choose this particular hotel for the summer. I really liked the area and the cleanliness. It was a reconnaissance mission. We usually fly to Kemer to swim. * For a winter holiday, just what you need! I boldly recommend it for the winter! Unless, of course, you are such a creep like us))) Take your pajamas! * I don't know about alcohol and discos. Although we are young, we are already retired, we did not go anywhere to hang out, we did not even watch a single show. * From the wishes: if you put at least a couple of carpets in the rooms for the winter, you will not get the price. You can't lower your legs in the toilet. There would be a rug by the bed. Walking in sneakers all the time is steamy. In SHORT, THE CONSTANT NOISE FROM REPAIRS REALLY SPOILED THE REST. We were on our way to sleep off work. Otherwise, everything is fine!!! Delicious, clean, beautiful!

A gorgeous place, we celebrated a corporate party here. It's just wonderful! I liked absolutely everything - service, food, rooms, territory. In the evenings, we were delighted with animations, discos, and entertainment. The sea is heavenly, soft sand, clear water. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly. In general, we were delighted and would love to come back again!

Good. Delicious food. Nice beach and grounds. Interesting evening performances. Much stronger than in many hotels. It's not a clear service. Sometimes you have to look for waiters in the truest sense of the word. There are few Russians in the hotel. This is a minus for us. But it's individual here.
