My tourists bought a New Year's tour for a very decent price, have been living since 27/12 and today they find out that there are not enough places for a galla dinner for all guests and my tourists are offered to spend the night in the lobby instead of a galla dinner! The hotel has broken the bottom

If you take a villa, then everything is expensive but cool. It should be borne in mind that there are no water sports and entertainment in this hotel. But there is a great beach, a lot of children's entertainment, a huge swimming pool complex with water slides. In the evenings, there are good performances in the summer amphitheater. The food is all Turkish accent. The service is 4-5 stars.

I was at the Lara Barut Collection hotel for the New Year, that is, quite recently. It was my worst trip to Turkey. The transfer ordered in advance did not arrive at the airport. I had to run around the airport, call the hotel. The hotel apologized only towards the end of our stay, and so everything was blamed on the company, which, as it turned out, they were attracting for the transfer. And at the same time, the hotel does not control the quality of the work of this company at all. The hotel sends a link to the payment, the hotel takes the flight data, and then denies responsibility for the substandard service. The room was relatively good: new renovation, good bed linen, ironing facilities. But! The audibility is simply bombastic! And when a team of young and hard-drinking British tourists came into the next room, we stopped sleeping at night. The hotel now has an innovation - discos open until two o'clock in the morning. Yes, you can't hear the discos themselves, but drunken rowdy people returning from them are very much. The hotel staff, instead of calling the police and handing over the brawlers, who also behaved aggressively, or offering us to move to a quiet room, just went and persuaded the British to be quieter. Of course, they did not obey. As a result, on the last night, I begged for the keys to another room - at least to sleep half the night. The room cleaning is very mediocre, they left a dollar, but the maid did not wash the floors until they complained to the reception. I won't say anything about the New Year's party, it's a matter of taste, but I didn't like it. The food was very tasteless. And snacks from this New Year's party were served to the guests at the buffet restaurant right up to and including January 3. The repeated use of snacks and desserts is generally a feature of the winter concept of this hotel. Cakes from dinner are put on the next day for lunch. I had to remember what happened yesterday and not take it the next day. This is probably how the hotel develops the memory of guests. At lunch, they pour "spring" water from cloudy bottles. At the same time, water tests do not show that they need to take their word for it. By the way, no pool has a water analysis either. Alcohol - wine and sparkling wine are just disgusting, sparkling wine stinks of brew, and still wine tastes like alcoholic yuppie. There are only 2 toilet cubicles on the beach for men and women, respectively. Queues to the toilet even in winter. It's scary to think what queues there are in the summer season. But the main "cherry on the cake" is that the sea near the hotel is muddy. Nearby, a river flows into the sea, working as a sewer in a local village (judging by its appearance and smell). The territory of the hotel is unclear for what time of year it is intended - for summer - it is very bald, only 2 rows of palm trees, and a few trees along the treadmills. The rest is the lawn. There is nowhere to hide from the heat. And in winter, there is a very strong wind in this open space. Guest relations is the hotel's guest protection service. They don't really solve any problems, they just get angry at dissatisfied guests. Local animators beg for good reviews from the guests. And if you write a bad review, you are called to a showdown in Guest relations. Moreover, this is exactly a disassembly, they do not offer anything, do not promise to fix anything, but are only concerned about posting a bad review and trying to get rid of it solely by methods of pressure on the guest. I will not soon forget the evil look of the hotel manager Dudem Ozkuchyuk, as she hovered over the table at which I was sitting, glared at me and spoke through an interpreter. Out of the four times that we met at the hotel, she greeted me only once. In the end, she turned away altogether. But the staff of Guest relations should be friendly and open people, help the guests! And in fact, they only defend the interests of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. Uncomfortable, not tasty, not friendly. And Russians are treated badly.

Well-maintained large green area, wonderful beach. Well-trained staff. The music is hammering, as they wrote in one of the reviews, but it's from a nearby Nirvana hotel. It usually ends here at 23. Although what difference does it make to the guests? :) The whole impression was spoiled by the fact that, despite all the measures (senseless and excessive), the children still get sick. Our guy picked up some kind of virus and "dropped out" for three days. And the cherry on the cake was poisoning/infecting his wife. One of the strongest in her entire life.

I recommend it, especially if you have children. The food is varied, delicious, most importantly, not spicy, made to European taste!!! Everything is provided for children, playgrounds, a pool with mountains, animation, everything is fine. I recommend not walking to the sea, but using cars, since the area of the territory is large. In the morning, the sea, then the children's pool, then the pool at the bar. Have a nice rest. Book earlier, it will be cheaper. In order not to waste the days of arrival and departure, I recommend regular Turkish airlines. We were at the hotel very early and at 10-30 we were already provided with a family room! On the last day of departure, our flight was at 22-30 and in the morning we had no problems, at our request, the room was extended to 19-00. We had a quiet dinner and at 19-50 the bus took us to the airport, fortunately it takes 15 minutes to get there.

We had a good rest! We had a rest in the period from March 20 to March 26, 2020! On March 24, the hotel closed due to quarantine due to coronavirus. We were sent to another hotel in this chain, but at our own expense. And the money for the remaining days is not returned, although it was promised in words. They do not respond to emails.
