I visited the Laska dental clinic today. I'm sharing my impressions with you. Victoria Leonidovna Kovalenko is a doctor from God, attentive and polite, explained in detail everything that will happen. All procedures were performed without pain. The atmosphere in the office is cozy, the equipment is modern. The prices are very loyal, especially considering the level of service. There were no unpleasant sensations after the treatment, and the teeth look great. I recommend this clinic to everyone, especially if you are worried about going to the doctor. The main thing is to apply on time and monitor dental health.

I traveled to several clinics with acute pain, everywhere the appointment is for the end of April or the middle of August, they came here and said that unfortunately there is no surgeon, but you can make an appointment for tomorrow, I think what to do, the only option, I did not read the reviews at first, while I was driving I decided to look at the maps, I was very scared by the reviews, I thought well, I got there as a result, there was nothing terrible, the surgeon was a man (I forgot to ask his name), he did everything efficiently, X-ray, wanted to save the tooth, but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to treat, he put anesthesia on, waited, asked if it hurt, if I felt something, when trying to remove the pain, he immediately stopped doing it and we waited further, as everything was completely numb, I removed it quickly and efficiently, the clinic is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly, will I go there with other dental problems? The answer is YES!

I applied to this clinic, because next to work, for the most harmless dental cleaning procedure. As a result, the stamotologist apparently studied to be a veterinarian, very rude, very painful...she hurt my gum, I was on painkillers for 4 days, a vessel in my eye burst from pain shock, half of my eye is covered in blood. The next day I came for a consultation, they just turned me down, they said it had nothing to do with it. So the most harmless procedure turned out to be not so harmless in the hands of incompetent gynecologists. I do not recommend visiting!!!

We signed up for dentistry as a family. We waited for the orthodontist's appointment for 30 minutes. Bottom line: we watched it for 1 minute and sent it to the reception to pay. We forgot to record the spouse, although we purposefully recorded on day 1. My child and I left, and my spouse was redirected to another doctor, who communicated very rudely, sent to the doctor who had him, but it was not our fault that the administrator did not record or recorded another day. We were very much under a negative impression and did not want to return to this dentistry anymore, but let's return to our doctor, to whom we were booked earlier. We hope that in the future they will solve the problem with rude staff and administrators will be more attentive to the recording.

L. is an incompetent specialist, rude, rude and negligent about his work.She came to the usual caries cleaning and began to clarify basic questions, to which I was told that she had no time to communicate with me, without really answering any questions. After complaining about the pain, she replied, "it doesn't hurt you to make eyelashes, but it hurts here." Throughout the procedure, she communicated boorishly and answered any question with the phrase "as it turns out." As a result, I was advised to brush my teeth for 30-40 minutes, specifying that I have sensitive gums. The only thing that pleased me was the nurse, who supported the whole process and calmly answered all questions. I do not recommend contacting this clinic if you want to receive decent service.

I read the reviews, I thought they were negative, yes, but what if I was so special, and I had no choice, everything was busy for a month in advance, only they had a window. But no, it didn't get through! I came in with a nagging pain, a wisdom tooth was being cut, I waited for half an hour, a male surgeon came out, and the consultation began in the hallway. He asked me questions: "have you ever cut others?", to which I still did not understand the question, he threw at me: "I'm asking if you have something not critical there." All this with smiles, in a relaxed way. Well, great, severe pain, fever, inflamed gums, swollen cheek, pain when swallowing and opening the mouth – this is probably not an argument and not critical. They took a picture. And the nightmare began. I didn't ask any more questions, I had to ask for all the information about what was wrong with me and what we were going to do. He injected anesthesia, waited only five minutes and started cutting the gum, but I can feel everything!!! The pain was hellish, I say it hurts, in response, "that's more scary to you than it hurts))" and a sugary smile. He tried to convince me that pain during anesthesia is normal, and that I feel aching. And I felt a sharp, literally cutting pain! I felt like I was being cut, the pain was insane! After complaining, he waited another minute and continued again, and again the pain was like hell, when I was already trying to stop, he said, "Right now, right now, that's the last thing left," and cut it off. To say that I was in shock is to say nothing, I was suffocating from this pain, I was shaking, I naturally burst into tears, I couldn't breathe enough, there was a feeling of some kind of attack against the background of pain. I was on the verge of fainting, I could barely get up from that chair. I ask the question "is this even normal?". The answer is yes! But of course not! The anesthesia did not work normally, normally it would have taken 15-20 minutes to wait! There shouldn't be any pain. They also didn't disinfect me in any way, he stuffed me with ordinary gauze, soaked in nothing. According to my husband, I came out with blue lips and white as a sheet, barely reached the reception, I was shaking all over and the pain was still half an hour after this whole nightmare, and then the anesthesia took effect, just right! Later, I examined my mouth and realized that there was no incision, he just cut out a piece of my gum! I'm in shock, I want to say a stronger word, but it's so clear. This is some kind of punitive dentistry, and the last century and utter horror!

Kovaleva V.L. was wearing black trousers, not fresh-looking, judging by their worn condition, she rides them on public transport to work and a white wrinkled doctor's jacket. Her assistant (I don't know her full name) was dressed in a cherry-colored suit, such as maids usually wear in mid-level hotels. Now let's talk about ultrasound dental cleaning separately. While Kovaleva Victoria Leonidovna was cleaning me, a girl and her colleague came into the office and they began to actively discuss the assessment of someone's apartment. Not only is it unethical to enter the office during patient care and loudly discuss personal issues, but it also affected the quality of the work of this "dentist". She looked into my mouth with literally one eye, all the attention was there, on a colleague and the cost of evaluating someone's apartment. Naturally, this affected the quality of V.L. Kovaleva's work. She cut my gum, under my upper front teeth, so that the gum took ten days to heal. I had to smear the gum with Metrogil-dent gel and cauterize it with peroxide to heal faster. The cleaning itself was poorly performed, the quality of the work was negligent, there were dental calculi, and the interdental spaces were not cleaned. After paying 3,000 rubles, you need to go to another doctor to fix the joints of Kovaleva Victoria Leonidovna. The cleaning itself took about 15 minutes, which in my experience and opinion is somehow fast. Usually at the dentist (at another clinic) It took half an hour. Total: Overall impression: 1 point. Quality of services: 1 point.
