On the way back from our trip, he helped us out a lot with an overnight stay - he checked us into the El Emir hotel mentioned in the comments - a pleasant courtyard, good rooms. I agree that it's not very pleasant when you book in one place and they give you accommodation in another for more, but the hotel itself is very pleasant, with a beautiful courtyard and good rooms. But still about the "legend". The rooms are cool in the right way. The courtyard itself is a beauty, even if you take guided tours here. You need to understand that this is still a guest house, where there is a host and there are guests. So, this is not a hotel, but a guest house, with its own flavor. The host doesn't like to chat, especially with an interesting guest, but he won't bother you if you're an introvert. If you just need to spend the night demanding customer service, then this is not the place for you. If you want to get into the flavor and feel like a guest, then feel free to book.
