We attended the culinary master class "Juicy steak". Three dishes were prepared: salad, steak and dessert. I really liked everything, the steak was impressive, chef Mikhail shared all the secrets of cooking, what kind of meat and where to buy, what to look for, answered all your questions. I also want to note that LeGourmet employs very pleasant, positive and wonderful people, so the evening flew by unnoticed, the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly.

I was given a certificate for a cooking class, and I chose French cuisine. The first impression was excellent: beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, professional cuisine. There were 9 of us, we were given aprons and hats, and I was already looking forward to the process — I wanted to cook. But everything turned out to be completely different from what was expected. During the entire master class, we never started cooking. We just stood around the table and watched the chef prepare the dishes himself, while telling the steps. Only occasionally were those who wanted to stir the onions or chop the mushrooms, but exactly as desired. Because of this, only the most active participated, while the more shy ones remained on the sidelines. It would be great if the tasks were distributed immediately so that everyone could try themselves and feel involved in the process. As a result, the recipe is not really remembered, and it is sent only to the mail after some time. It would be much nicer to receive a beautifully printed recipe right after class. My impressions were mixed. Yes, the food was delicious, the dishes were exquisite, but I didn't cook any of them myself. In this format, you can just go to a good restaurant and watch recipes on YouTube — it will be cheaper. If your goal is to watch a professional cook right in front of you, then you might like it. But if you really want to learn and try cooking yourself, this format will not work.
