A professional chef and a frustrating admin service We attended a master class with Mikhail Anishchenko. My sister and I are not new to this business: we constantly go to such events and even completed courses at another famous culinary school in Minsk. There is something to compare it with. Pros: Chef Mikhail is a delight! A real professional, provides great information, shares working life hacks and really teaches. There are zero questions about the culinary part, it's a pleasure. Cons: The work of the administrator completely spoils the impression. When asked if they would send us technological maps describing the process, we received a sharp answer: "NO, just a gram. Why did you come here? Write it down yourself." It's very strange for a school of this level. In other places, they always give out paper with a pen or send full prescriptions after. Here I was offered to "record on the phone." As a result, instead of enjoying the conversation with the master and the cooking process, you are forced to sit and take notes, as in a lecture at the university. Bottom line: If you go to Le Gourmet, be prepared to take a notebook with you and spend time writing, since they won't send you anything except the "grocery list" on Viber after class. The chef gets 5 stars, and the administrator's service and customer orientation gets 1.

On my birthday, I was presented with a certificate for a master class in Italian cuisine. We prepared 3 dishes. The chef showed how to cook Italian dishes technologically correctly. Dishes according to his own author's method from familiar products. The master class was very interesting and exciting, the participants learned a lot of new things and the dishes were very tasty. Many thanks to the organizers and chef Mikhail for a wonderful evening!

I gave my husband a cooking class Radziwill cuisine. The place is very cozy, there is a kitchen area and a dining area. We prepared cream soup, duck with fruit for a side dish, and a cream pie.
