The store is disgusting, and especially the staff (director, merchandiser). We bought a diamond mosaic with a friend, all the diamonds just fell off. We came to the store to make a refund or exchange, the merchandiser took the painting to look at, returned it a minute later and said that everything was fine. The store director told me to go do an examination or contact consumer protection. In the end, we were given a refund, but at the same time they wished us all the best and said that it would come back to us like a boomerang. Thank you, we will not go back there anymore, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put it.
