It's terrible! I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday: the photo offered good roses, but what was delivered was terrible. Flowers with obvious signs of wilting, withered petals. People were thinking about how to sell stale goods, but they didn't think about their reputation at all.

But you remain a regular with those who do not substitute with the order, and whose flowers are fresh from a week (I'm talking about roses) and up to a month and a half. I am disappointed with your attitude towards the client. Loss of losses is straight 😆 Of course, you are neither cold nor hot from minus one client, but I found another flower seller in the Svetilovsky shopping center. And yes, I was in a hurry to write a positive review on your site.
