I waited for almost 15 minutes while she ignored my requests. The bouquet was terrible, there was nothing to worry about for 55 rubles. I'm really looking forward to the answer, because it's a horror.

I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop. First of all, the assortment is just terrible — the flowers look like they've been lying without water for a week. I chose a bouquet, and when it arrived, it was not only sluggish, but also with damaged petals. The seller was rude and completely uninterested in helping. It was as if I was bothering him when I asked clarifying questions. The prices here are simply absurd for such a low quality. I expected at least something decent for my money, but, alas. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

And in our city there are not entirely conscientious sellers who push illiquid goods. But you remain a regular with those who do not substitute with the order, and whose flowers are fresh from a week (I'm talking about roses) and up to a month and a half. I am disappointed with your attitude towards the client. Loss of losses is straight 😆 Of course, you are neither cold nor hot from minus one client, but I found another flower seller in the Svetilovsky shopping center. And yes, I was in a hurry to write a positive review on your site.
