I came from another city, I decided to please my grandmother, I was in a hurry. the florist ignored me right away, after which I said that I was in a hurry, to which I received the displeased phrase "you don't see, I'm busy" at that moment, she was taking pictures of flowers, as I understood, for writing off. I waited for almost 15 minutes while she ignored my requests. The bouquet was terrible, there was nothing to worry about for 55 rubles. I'm really looking forward to the answer, because it's a horror.

I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop. First of all, the assortment is just terrible — the flowers look like they've been lying without water for a week. I chose a bouquet, and when it arrived, it was not only sluggish, but also with damaged petals. The seller was rude and completely uninterested in helping. It was as if I was bothering him when I asked clarifying questions. The prices here are simply absurd for such a low quality. I expected at least something decent for my money, but, alas. I do not recommend this store to anyone!
