When I repeated the clarification about the availability of free windows, an irritated phrase sounded.: "I already told you!!!", the tone was raised, which created an unpleasant impression. In addition, answering the call began with the administrator's laughter, which is also unacceptable in customer service. Such communication does not correspond to the level of politeness and customer orientation that you expect when making an appointment at a beauty salon. If it weren't for the excellent craftsman, I would hardly have visited the place and recommended it to someone. I ask you to analyze the situation with the employee and pay attention to the culture of communication with clients.
