I come here very often, the service and the kitchen are always on top! A large institution with 3 floors, I came here for corporate parties, birthdays, with friends and just to eat. A large selection of cocktails, beer of the same brand Lidskoe. The only drawback is burgers, but this is a trifle compared to everything else. 5 stars!

I'VE NEVER SEEN WORSE SERVICE. There is 1 waitress on the entire veranda (and this is on a day off, when there is almost a full landing), we have not asked for the menu yet, they have not brought it to us! (We politely waited 20 minutes until the waitress turned her head in our direction), although she put us at an empty table, we did not sit unnoticed. We've been waiting for food for over an HOUR! By the way, after 40 minutes of waiting, they came up to us to clarify what we ordered (we were afraid that the order had not been sent to the kitchen at all). The food is for 3, nothing unusual, and the prices are above average! The cheapest snack (onion rings) cost like 16p, chicken nuggets with potato slices 19. Hot dishes are already 35-40p.
In addition, a very sober friend of one of the employees (the waiter's boyfriend) was sitting on the veranda, making a lot of noise, running back and forth past the tables, scandalizing with the employees that her expensive tequila was being delayed for 13p, and asked her to tell her friend that she would not come here at all (it seems and thank God).
Then the girls sat down next to us to drink tea and warm up, they waited for tea for more than half an hour, began to protest, after which they were informed that their tea could not be made for them. The girls left the institution.

1. A colleague ordered cappuccino coffee - it took 35 minutes;
2. I ordered Mead and then the quest began:
A: after 30 minutes, no one brought anything, so I stopped the waiter and reminded him about my order.
B: after 15 minutes, I caught the waiter again and asked again where my mead was.
Q: after 10 minutes, they brought me Braggot and assured me that it was mead! (Braggot is a sour drink with honey, and mead is sweet rather). They said that there was no mead, it was over and they only brought three kegs and the freshest one was mine (but it's Braggot). After a minimal argument with the waiter, they brought me mead after all. 50 minutes. Thank you, I'm not coming to you anymore.
