Good time. We celebrated my wife's birthday. I can't say that the service is at the highest level. The waitress Polina practically did not fit. We waited 40-50 minutes for at least someone to come up to make an additional order. Later it turned out that the waiter is not fixed at the table and serves anyone.Alexander (a young guy) tried to fix the situation, but the impression of the institution was already spoiled.The kitchen is good and the dishes are brought quickly and tasty. But the staff spoiled the festive mood with Their relations to the guests. We decided to continue the holiday in another institution; we waited a long time for the bill (we asked several waiters) until Alexander came up and everything was quickly resolved (for him and 1 star, otherwise we would have been left without it)

We chose pasta with beef and cordon bleu. There was a lot of sauce in the pasta, which is very nice. Beef is like beef. 2 small pieces were chewed badly, but this is not critical. Cordon Bleu is above all praise. The crisp top and soft middle are great.

Legend is the only place where the menu was already available on the street. In addition, a waitress immediately came up to us and answered all our questions. The establishment is a disappointment.
The table was booked in advance for a company of 5 people. As a result, we were put in a small stuffy room without air conditioning, without a fan and with a small window at +30. When asked if there were empty tables in another room and if we could be transferred, the waitress shrugged and suggested that we go check with the receptionist.
According to the food, the waitress warned that there was a minimum of 40 minutes of waiting. In our order (in addition to drinks) there were two salads and two cold drinks from the SEASONAL MENU. After 40 minutes, the waitress brought the salads and said that it turns out the refrigerator was over. We all understand, but really it was impossible to warn about this earlier so that the guests could order another dish. As a result, part of the company remained hungry, there was no desire to order another dish and wait another 40 minutes.
Very rude service.

Who wants a summary: the food is plus or minus ok, the drinks are not bad (if you wait for them), the service is a disaster.
Booking on 06/28/2024 at 18:00. I can't count the joints, I'm writing only the largest ones here
1). I booked by phone for 15 people with the question whether 2-3 more would potentially fit: they assured me that everything was fine. I came to make a pre—order and prepayment, I said that there would be 17 of us - the hostess answered without any problems, we will put everyone in. She also said that you can write about all the changes in Viber. I replaced a couple of dishes (everything is OK) and asked for a different serving time (generally by).
A huge question for the hostesses. How can you put 17 people at a table where 15 barely sat down? We tried to move something for 5 minutes, come up with something (ourselves, but in the presence of employees, which I do not remember). To all this, the hostess said that the reservation was for 15 people (personally, she asked 5 times, clarified, rebooked for 17), threw us "in a tight space and not offended" (quote), and left. We had to shift ourselves on the sofas so that it was impossible to turn our elbows around.
Oh, well, they didn't make it into the pre-order (for some reason?) another 1 bottle of prosecco, which we asked for several times and waited for almost an hour.
2). We wanted to order drinks, to which almost everyone passing by said to us, "I'm not your waiter." We still did not understand who our waiter was and how to call him.
3). Extravaganza, there are no other words.
It took a hundred years to wait for a waiter, so about 5 people went down to the bar themselves to get cocktails. Ordered from the menu (!!), paid for. The bartender puts down a drink for one of our girls, bends down and says loudly enough: "I'm not going to cook this shit anymore." THIS IS A QUOTE, IF ANYTHING. I don't remember a bigger shock in my life.
Oh, and about half an hour later we were told (by a waiter or a guest from our table) that the bartender asked us not to go down to him anymore and order only through the waiter. Allegedly because of the heavy load (with an almost empty hall at that time, but maybe I don't know what, of course).
The rest is classic: the wrong time for pre-ordering, they carried drinks for a long time (we didn't see a lot of things, thanks for not adding them to the receipt either) and the bill. Well, the food is not worth the money, please Google what parma is and how to cook duck, or send the cook to another place to try it.
A lot can be understood and forgiven, but the hostess and especially the bartender simply killed all the good things with their blatant rudeness.
Such service should be described only in obscenities.
P.S. The only person to whom I can say thank you (and for whom tips were left) is the waitress who added the last cocktail to the receipt. We asked, she clarified, politely asked how everything was for us, smiled, quickly brought what we needed. At least I smoothed out the impression somehow.
