I called back to find out what happened: it turned out that the online recording was a joke for them; the master was not actually there, and the recording was open, no one was watching. They did not try to smooth out the situation in any way, they did not even offer a discount on the next visit. In general, the salon turned out to be not premium at all, but economy minus class.
