The view from the height of the house is beautiful and it's cool that the only residential building in the world where the lighthouse is located.I think that as a tourist attraction it is necessary to monitor the renovation of the house. BUT! Such a neglected house, stairs and railings are falling apart, scary corridors, you can shoot thrillers.No repairs have been done since the house was built.The elevators are battered, but they work according to the cards (this is the first time I've seen this).

I rented apartments in this house for an overnight stay in Aktau. The best solution for the whole trip. We went on an expedition to Mangystau, two nights before that we slept in tents in the steppe after visiting the desert dunes - there was sand everywhere) so a hot tub with a view of the sea was just the cherry on the cake of this trip. The house itself is tired, of course... but it's not new either) you can't climb the lighthouse itself. The elevator is powered by a key.
