I've been to a functional Pilates class. I completely agree with the review that classes for the age categories of people 50+ are somewhere The behavior coach reminded the physical education teacher that she couldn't explain the technique properly, but she periodically made pointed remarks to people, ridiculing yoga and strength training. The exercises themselves are weak, even a 60+ woman complained that it was too easy for her... I won't go there anymore, it's better to go further away to another studio, but go for a normal workout

I went to Pilates at 16:00, mon., Thursday to Natalia. I learned how to breathe properly, and my stretching, flexibility, and general well-being improved significantly...
