If she hadn't called back, no one would even have bothered to cancel the service. They are not interested in clients at all! A very unpleasant aftertaste remained from this attitude.

I inform you that no one called me and said that the master was in the hospital, etc. Then they told me in a different way that they called me and I said that I didn't have an appointment for a manicure.…I'm starting to remember that a few days ago I received a call: "Hello, you have an appointment at a barbershop"! I understand that I have no appointment for a haircut, coloring, hairstyle and styling. And I'm saying that most likely you're confusing something, I'm NOT registered in a hairdresser. That was the end of the conversation. Then I begin to understand what they mean by this call. I should have guessed that a hairdresser is a manicure!! In addition, they generally do not have a call to the client to confirm the recording, as is done everywhere in the medical center, salon, studio, etc. That's how they can't learn how to ring properly (if they do at all) . The administrator should call and inform them that this is such and such a parikhmakherskaya, that there is an appointment for such and such a service, on such and such a date, and at such and such a master. That's all that didn't happen, but I should have guessed from one word of the HAIRDRESSER that it was about manicure. And the one who called didn't even deign to change anything about it. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT to sign up for a manicure with master Anna, because as it turns out, it's a big lottery whether they will do you a favor or not. The attitude is boorish, the behavior is boorish. I wish everyone to find a responsible master who values his clients, work and reputation.
