Now one of the reasons to come to Belarus for the weekend is Litvina's restaurant. Sorry, a Selfie restaurant in Moscow with a Michelin star. Each dish is a thoughtful masterpiece down to the sauce, and the waiters seem proud of how and what they make it from. I think the temples, warm duck salad, pike cutlets and dessert "mushroom" (approximate names), this is the best that the products dreamed of becoming, I can not imagine how you can make it tastier, at least a little bit better. Except that the temples and the pillow of mashed potatoes could be hotter, but not the fact, here the plate already plays a role. Ps: Sorry, Cornflowers, I don't understand how you can have a rating of 4.6-5 if there are Litvinas. Seriously.

Everything we've tried tastes great and the serving is super! I usually ask the waiters what is the most delicious. I was advised pork ribs with mashed potatoes. It's a delight. The desserts are very intricate and delicious. Children's menu for 4 points. Service for 5+.

A very decent place, we had dinner in it for 2 days, because my daughter refused to visit other restaurants (and this is a child who is difficult to feed with unfamiliar food!). I recommend it at 119 Pobediteley Avenue!! I'm updating the review today... it's boiling over, I have to write! We arrived in Belarus for the anniversary of our spouse, having pre-booked a table at our favorite restaurant with a note (celebrating a birthday!). This choice was due to an impeccable long-term visit to Litvina, a great cook on Pobediteley Avenue. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours ago, I calmed down a little, but the birthday is hopelessly ruined!!! Especially my husband's mood... As before, there are no complaints about the chefs-the food is impeccable, but the service and administration at the moment is something unimaginable!!! Replacement of dishes in the menu, no hint of congratulations, at any hint of incorrect actions of the administrative staff-in response, disputes with the guest, without explaining why they did not remember the birthday greetings of the guest at all. I waited for the receptionist to verbally say all this after paying the bill, I stood for 10 minutes, a queue of 5 people had already formed behind me, but the girl who came to the workplace at the reception desk (after I went to the bartenders to look for her) said that she did not have to be at this very place, except for There was no reception desk, she had more pressing matters to attend to, and there was no queue of 6 people at all. I immediately realized that a dialogue about awakening conscience would lead to nothing, and so it turned out. When voicing any claim, there is a block of non-acceptance, we did not do that, we do not congratulate at all, the waiter missed the congratulations-claims against her, etc. The administrator has nothing to do with it. It's just amazing!!! We came to Belarus from Moscow hungry, and we started looking for a place to have dinner. The reception at the hotel recommended that we get to this restaurant and we went. We arrive, we look at the veranda empty, or rather 2 girls are sitting and waiting for dinner with glasses of wine. We try to enter, the hostess greets us and informs us that they have a full landing, and they are closing the veranda now. We stand at a loss as to how they close it if the girls are sitting without food. They're carrying a lot of food past us, and they're obviously not going to eat it for 15 minutes. We are told again that they are closing the veranda now because it is cool on the veranda as soon as the girls leave. The most interesting thing is that they see that a small child is standing hungry. Several families turned around and left. But we didn't understand why they wouldn't let us in if the girls hadn't even started eating. Then they brought several more dishes past us. We insisted that they let us in and we went to the veranda. Nikita, an incredibly courteous, correct, well-mannered, charismatic and very attentive waiter (according to Mikita's badge), met us on the veranda. He informed us that he would feed us deliciously and would not leave us without attention. He recommended some dishes himself, and said that we could overeat some, but we wanted to try so much that we didn't listen to him and naturally ate too much. The food was amazing! Special thanks for the borscht, we were happy that the child was full, as he eats nothing but borscht. He also ate a patty with rice and chicken, although he does not eat meat under any circumstances. I don't eat pork the same way in any form, but the bacon salad (sort of) was incredible, I wanted to eat it and eat it. The draniki were served for a long time after about 20 minutes, as we ate the last dish and saturation occurred, but we ate everything anyway. The food was amazing! Nikita fixed the sediment by 5+, lifted the mood, joked, fed and was incredibly helpful. I always want to come back to such a waiter.

4 stars for : 1) on Sunday at 17:30, the service is 1 hour from the moment of ordering hot dishes and 30 minutes of 1 course. Of course, I understand that there are a lot of people and you have to wait for the hot one, but do not pour the soup for 30 minutes??? 2) the "soup" mentioned above in my case was a cooler.... So it wasn't cold at all, but warm... this is certainly something new. It doesn't taste like anything at all. The potatoes are delicious with it. 3) Venison carpaccio.... Tasteless meat dishes I have not tried yet ... even 1 star is a lot for him. 4) vegetable lemonade of own production.... Well, it's not worth the money that is stated in the menu.. it's just NOT WORTH IT!!! 5) They asked for lemonade with currant and basil (it seems to be on the menu) the waiter said that there was no basil and offered to bring it without basil😂😂😂 lemonade currant with basil, but without basil💪 I was already completely upset, and it was a pity for the time and money spent, but the whole situation was saved by the second courses served in an hour))) A steak of the right roasting (as ordered) and just the most delicious steak in the last 2-3 months that I have tried in Minsk establishments. I definitely recommend it to steak lovers!!!! Pig cheeks (temples) ... also a very tasty dish, quite delicate and balanced in spices and sauce ... I also recommend the top to order. And the chicken broth with a pie, according to my companion, was also quite good. Will I return to this institution again??? Behind the counter, definitely YES!!!

A good restaurant of either Belarusian or Lithuanian cuisine) In light of the momentous geopolitical changes, I prefer the Belarusian one! Draniki are great (there are a lot of them everywhere, but not so good everywhere)! Tinctures are just like everywhere else. A good place to drink with friends. Delicious, satisfying, varied, drunk.
