Disgusting attitude towards customers. The reservation was confirmed and they said "we are waiting for you", and that was the end of the advantages. I booked this place in advance, I warned that a person in a wheelchair would be with us. As a result: we couldn't get up to the gym with inv.They didn't use a wheelchair, since none of their elevators were working, and the staff, knowing about it, drove us all over the area to look for a working elevator. There are simply no words: wasted nerves and time! This kind of disregard has never been seen anywhere.

Very long service: first they called the waiter, then they waited for the order all evening. Of all the things ordered in 1.5 hours, they were able to bring only the hot stuff, while reminding us that the table had already been booked for a later time and they would not have time to serve us... The evening is ruined. I don't advise anyone, first you book a table, and then it turns out that 1.5 hours is very short to bring hot food and dessert.

Today in Minsk, I had the task to eat in 10 restaurants marked as the best. This was the second one, for dinner, but actually the first one. Everything is at a good tasty level. The price is pleasant, the names and taste qualities of the dishes correspond and attract. The service matches the food. Thank you very much. There are no comments at all. I couldn't appreciate the alcohol, but my friend rated it a big plus. I was at the Skullion at lunch.

We came from Moscow, the locals recommended this place, they said it was delicious. As a result: The waitress, a blonde girl (I don't remember her name), was unfriendly, it felt like she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The cooking time for dishes other than soups is long. The draniki were prepared for more than 40 minutes, although there were not many visitors, not a full house. The draniki were brought burnt. The knuckle was 4 points out of 10. There was a mini performance on the knuckle cutting (spoiler - not very, the waitress herself could barely handle the knuckle when she was butchering it, the knuckle was overexposed, the meat is not as tender as it should be) The kvass was diluted, so there wasn't enough of that taste. I would like to wish this institution to serve visitors better and find competent chefs. Dinner and the mood is spoiled

Litviny on Pobediteley Ave. On a previous visit to Minsk, there were no problems with the delivery of the order. On this visit, after ordering food through Yandex, the waiting time was first 1.5 hours, then 2, and after 2 hours, the time only continued to grow. After canceling the order, we called the restaurant's delivery phone, to which the operator in the boorish tunnel replied that I could not accept an order from us using a Russian number, I only needed a Belarusian one... sorry, but where can I get it?! The order was refused. We decided to come to the restaurant, since it took so long to wait for delivery, my child would not have agreed. A hostess girl in the restaurant was very surprised that it was possible to arrange delivery only from a Belarusian number. There was a full boarding at the restaurant and we were asked to join the waiting list.... Fortunately, there was a wonderful family game center next to the restaurant, where you could have delicious food and play and not wait for anything for 2-3 hours. And most importantly, there is no discrimination regarding the affiliation of the phone operator.
