In this "service" I recommend not to buy spare parts if you want quality. I bought a starter and a handle for a trimmer from them. The starter died after 30-40 runs. The handle, or rather the gas button, broke after a few days, then I decided to hand it over under warranty, since it did not have time to work at all. They accepted it without any problems, saying that it was highly likely that you would change it, and it was most likely a marriage. The next day, a call: Our directors do not recognize the marriage, and they believe that you broke it yourself. They recommended that I submit it for an independent examination and bring the conclusion to them. Then what are you for? And how would you determine that I broke it? There's nothing but grass on the handle, no chips or dents. Circus... As a result, it turned out that the directors identified the breakdown from the photo, they do not have the right to issue their conclusion, but the question is: is the guarantee a wrapper? Answer: we live in such a time. What time is it? I don't know. In general, thank you for reading this, I advise you to order better elsewhere, and there are more guarantees on the market than in this "service".
