Before starting work, the master examined the lock, explained what the problem might be, and suggested several solutions — a careful opening while maintaining the mechanism or immediately replacing the lock. I liked that they didn't impose the most expensive option, but gave me the opportunity to choose. The work was done quite carefully: the door was not damaged, the opening was carried out without unnecessary noise and "barbaric" methods. After that, the master immediately suggested installing a new lock, since the old one was already worn out. The installation was quick, everything was adjusted clearly, the lock works smoothly, without jamming.
