I would like to thank the staff of the Lode Center, especially Olga Pavlovna Pashkevich, a surgeon, and Ilya Yuryevich Shendalesov, an anesthesiologist, for their high professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. An inguinal hernia surgery was performed at this medical center. When choosing a medical center for the operation, I visited several medical centers and consulted with surgeons, the last consultation was with Olga Pavlovna. After consulting with her, I chose Lode, as Olga Pavlovna immediately made an accurate diagnosis, answered all my questions, and outlined an action plan. On the appointed day, I arrived at the surgery. The organization of the process is excellent: I was welcomed, registered, checked into the ward, prepared for surgery, and all this very quickly. Before the operation, all the nuances were discussed once again, all the stages of the operation were clearly conveyed to me. The operation itself was excellent (it was performed under general anesthesia). Both Olga Pavlovna and Ilya Yurievich came to the ward several times after the operation, asked me about my well-being, and gave me recommendations. All the medical staff is just wonderful. In addition to the fact that there is a staff call button, which is very convenient, the nurses themselves came to ask about their well-being, offered help, painkillers (if in severe pain), tea/coffee, and also gave recommendations on how best to get up and walk. They helped with everything, were kind and very attentive. Such a seemingly exciting event left only positive emotions. Thanks again for your hard work! I sincerely recommend it!

The Prytytsky Medical Center is suitable only for those who live nearby. The room is very small, cramped, there are constant queues, there is only one toilet. The quality of the service leaves much to be desired: the staff at the blood collection can be rude and not always professional. There was an unpleasant experience — the child could not take blood from a vein for a long time, his arm was pierced. They are also not allowed to treat their hands in the treatment room, they are sent to the only toilet, which is almost always occupied. If quality and comfort are important, it is better to go to the center on Independence.

The building itself is cozy, three employees work at the reception at once. There are pockets with shoe covers next to the cabinets. Everything is clean and tidy. The patient appointment specialist first "attacked" me for speaking softly, then was rude for not telling me which service I was signing up for. Despite the fact that Nadezhda is sitting there for a reason and could have clarified on her own about the service that I need from the center. I would have gladly skipped this stage of blaming myself if I had been able to sign up through an app or website initially. But it knocks out an error.
