That's also why I was shocked by a slightly different experience on my last visit. To be more precise, I was so crushed after the doctor's appointment that it took me time and several meetings with a psychologist to cope with my emotions and be able to leave an honest review about the appointment. I visited the gynecologist Zinkevich L.V., I saw only positive reviews, I was determined to receive a good reception and competent help. I am sure that the doctor is clinically competent, knows her job and helps many patients. But the communication style, at least the one I encountered, is humiliating. I was interrupted, shamed, and scolded in a veiled manner. People are different, and such a "hard" style suits some people and helps them "put everything in its place." But I'm still sure that you always need to be careful and attentive with people, especially when it comes to a gynecologist and a vulnerable patient. No one is required to know everything about the patient's condition at the time of the appointment and do more of their mandatory work, but I think the fact that I needed the help of a psychologist after the appointment says a lot about how this appointment went, at least for me. Clinically, the doctor may be right – the diagnoses were named correctly, the directions for all the tests were given, and there was enough additional information. But the manner of communication: dismissive, domineering, with interruptions – makes repeated reception impossible for me. I came for help, but I left confused and confused. I'm not saying that the specialist is bad, but for vulnerable, anxious patients, I do not recommend it in any case.

The operation itself was excellent (it was performed under general anesthesia). Both Olga Pavlovna and Ilya Yurievich came to the ward several times after the operation, asked me about my well-being, and gave me recommendations. All the medical staff is just wonderful. In addition to the fact that there is a staff call button, which is very convenient, the nurses themselves came to ask about their well-being, offered help, painkillers (if in severe pain), tea/coffee, and also gave recommendations on how best to get up and walk. Advantages (thanks to the doctors): - Surgery: The operation itself was successful. - Anesthesiologist: Thank you very much! In the waiting room, he politely explained everything, answered questions, guided the price and made a great impression. The dose of anesthesia was chosen perfectly — the way out of it was very gentle. Cons (what management urgently needs to fix): - Lack of official instructions: Communication with the doctor was conducted via Viber. After taking the tests, I received only a short message about the date, time, and the requirement to be "strictly on an empty stomach." No reminders: for how many hours you can not eat / drink, what to take with you, how long the procedure will last and how much to prepare for payment. The patient has to guess everything himself. - Opaque pricing and a change in the treatment plan: The website shows the price of the operation at 800 BYN. I found out after the fact that anesthesia will cost another 570 BYN. Moreover, local anesthesia was discussed at the reception, but in fact they did a general one — that is, they provided a more expensive service, which was a surprise. It's a good thing I brought some money with me. ! The attitude at the reception: The receptionist met with the complaint: "Did you take a change of shoes?". I brought my disposable slippers (which should be given out in a paid clinic by default) as if I had done a favor. She refused to answer questions about the cost and the course of the procedure ("ask the doctor"). I made copies of my tests only after I asked three times if I really needed them. Why torment a person by working with people if it's a burden to him? - Communication with the patient after anesthesia: Giving important oral recommendations to a patient who has just undergone sedation is a grave mistake. Due to the effect of anterograde amnesia, I did not even remember that the doctor had visited my room. I learned information about how the operation went only from epicrisis. Organization of dressings: The date of the next visit was negotiated verbally with me while I was still recovering from anesthesia. As a result, the epicrisis says "once a day," but in words, as it turned out, we agreed in 2 days. I had to find out from home, calling the doctor. Why doesn't the clinic provide for the basic sending of SMS with the date and time of the appointment? Result: The patient is already stressed when he comes to the surgery. He must clearly understand what he is paying for, how to prepare and what awaits him. I hope the management will take measures to make the processes more open, and the attitude of the administrative staff will be humane.
