I found a hotel on the Island, but I didn't book it. We were lucky and we were settled. We were allowed to choose the room we liked ourselves. The hotel is located almost in the center, everything is within walking distance. I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, friendly staff. The room is large and spacious. The shower didn't work in the room, but the reason was fixed immediately and everything was replaced. Thanks for the promptness!Cleaning the trash in the room every day, there is breakfast at the hotel (you will not stay hungry). Snow-white towels and bathrobes. There is no smell in the room. We lived for 5 days from February 19th to 23rd. By the way, the soundproofing in the hotel is excellent. The bed is large, the pillows and mattress are very comfortable. The pool is clean and warm. Very well maintained area near the hotel, you can sit on a bench and enjoy the beauty and birdsong. But the most important thing is that you can't smoke on the balcony! The location is very convenient, there are many beautiful places within walking distance: a monastery, caves, an abandoned train station. For those who like hiking in the mountains, you can go to the Fortress. There are many cafes nearby, you will always find a place to eat. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and clean. Lots of vegetation. There is a parking lot. Now I advise everyone I know. And we will definitely come back.

New Athos itself is not a big city, there are literally two main streets, so there is nothing much to write about the location - the hotel is just in the city center. 5 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the caves. But what is worth dwelling on is the friendliness and warmth with which they were welcomed, settled, and fed. A large terrace with a cafe provides a special comfort and warmth. The beaches in Mount Athos are worse (in my opinion) than in Gagra, the pebbles are larger, less cozy, the pier is scary, and the garbage is lying somewhere. But you can take an umbrella with palm leaves and ice caps (for 1000 rubles for two), or a sunbed for 300 rubles.

Nice little hotel. The rooms are large and bright, and the bed is comfortable. The territory is well maintained. A huge plus is that there is a heated swimming pool, which helps out in rainy and cool weather. Breakfast has everything you need in a buffet style. In the evening, you can order food on the barbecue. The overall impression is excellent. I would like to try to relax in this hotel in winter.

Great hotel. All the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable. We are grateful to Nadezhda, the hotel manager, for her professionalism, sensitivity, and always eager to help. The room was cleaned every other day, that was enough. The hotel and the room are clean, with high-quality renovation. There is a kettle, appliances, dishes, refrigerator, tea with sugar. The breakfasts were delicious, there was enough of everything. We also often had dinner at the hotel. The view from the cafe is amazing: the Anakopian fortress, the mountains and the Ferris wheel. Especially in the evening, with the backlight, it's impressive. The pool has clean and warm water, it was constantly cleaned when we were there. Next time, I'd like to stop here. I recommend it!

We visited in May 2026. We arrived late, there were no problems with checking in at night. The rooms are clean. I especially liked the heated pool. The staff is friendly, they make delicious coffee and can take you anywhere, no need to look for a taxi.

The hotel is quite good! I don't know how it is in the season, but in the middle of October it was good. There are not many people, the rooms are quite clean, there are all the basic extras (bathrobes, towels for the pool and rooms, water, slippers) Breakfast outside in October is tolerable, but there are minor issues with filling the menu and wasps.. there are a lot of them and they dazzle all the food and circle while you eat, and of course no one does anything with them.. paid coffee doesn't bother you, considering that it's brewed separately for you, it's worth it.👌🏼 I really liked the pool! Loft Hotel, Abkhazia (vacation in September 2025) Externally, the hotel looks stylish — with a touch of English aristocracy. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are nice, everything is quite cozy. But, unfortunately, the advantages mostly end there. If you take a room with a "beautiful view", be prepared that there is a construction site nearby — the noise lasts until the evening. And in the evening, as it turned out, the children of the hotel owners arrange noisy games and football right on the premises — until midnight. No one responds to requests to turn down the volume. According to the rules, bed linen is changed only on the fifth day, and a fine is provided for any stain (the price list is in place, the amounts are quite large). There is a lady at the reception who can't answer almost any questions, but makes comments to the guests. Bathrobes and towels are washed, they are extremely reluctant to change them. The pool seemed to be heated, but the water temperature was low — it was cold to swim, especially in bad weather. One of the advantages is breakfast. They are prepared by two young men, one of them Tangiz — very friendly, they do everything with their hearts, it's nice to start the day with their smiles and delicious food. In general, the hotel has potential, but so far the service and attitude towards the guests clearly do not correspond to the declared level.
