We rested from 06.11 to 17.11.24, the hotel is on solid 4, there are no shelves in the closet for things in the rooms-this is a minus, everything else worked properly, there were no problems, there are always a lot of pastries at breakfast, a lot of fruits, you can find something to eat. The hotel does not have enough sun beds, they are occupied at 5 am, at 6.00 it is already late, after 100 meters you can buy a sunbed for 100 baht. The pool is not very big, it is too small for a 16-storey building. Russians mostly rest, but there are a lot of Chinese and Indians. One of the advantages is the first line. There is a good restaurant by the sea, but it is expensive.

They explained themselves in sign language. 2) The hotel is tired. The lobby is beautiful, there are fish swimming in the ponds, there is even a turtle. The hotel has 4 elevators in total, and there is a constant queue. It takes a long time to drive, because the elevator stops very often due to the number of people. The pool is dead. There are all sorts of debris floating in the water, the lighting doesn't work, the paths are broken, and the tiles are falling off in places. There are not enough deck chairs for everyone (there are also beach ones). People have been occupying deck chairs since 5 a.m. and may not show up all day. This is a stone in the garden of our tourists and the hotel staff because they allow this. 3) The room itself is nice, but old. The floor is scratched, and DUST lies in layers on shelves and cabinets. Dressing gowns are not changed. The water in the bathroom faucet had stagnated so much that it was yellow and smelly. There's nothing wrong with the shower and sink. 4) The breakfasts seem to be varied, but +/- the same thing every day. 5) The shop and massage parlor in the hotel and the pool bar are good - the prices are cheaper than in the street. 6) Once the lights went out in the hotel, people got stuck in the elevator (thank God we didn't). Electricity was restored in about an hour. 7) The ocean-view suites have a SHARED balcony. One night, young adventurers entered our bathroom through this balcony and had to be kicked out. Bottom line: Overall, I liked the hotel, but there is some sloppiness and disregard of the staff. Will I come here again? No, I definitely won't go. There are no 5 stars here, a maximum of 3.5. A very big plus is that the hotel is on the first coastline and access to the sea directly from the pool.

Definitely better than in the main building, but worse than in the Long Beach Pavilion with its green, well-kept grounds. A big hotel, mostly Russians. There is no transfer to the center, please help. A hotel for a relaxing family vacation. It's a little boring for kids.

I was disappointed, there was no sea view. There were some insects in the building that were constantly biting, so I had to buy mosquito sticks and ointments to smear the bites. When booking the hotel, the deposit was 1000 baht, upon arrival it turned out to be 2000, not very pleasant. There weren't enough towels on the beach in the morning, so we had to wait for 30-40 minutes. They give towels for 1 person - one, earlier in previous years it was possible to take two. The beach line is small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone, and some sun beds need to be repaired. The smoking area on the beach is not cleaned, the ashtray is constantly overflowing, there is a table and two chairs. The power supply is fine. The rooms are being cleaned.

Everything was fixed at the request. The air conditioner does not work well, it is not regulated. They couldn't fix it. And it's very dirty. They pointed it at the top and forgot about it. The breakfasts are excellent. There are many arrivals of tourists from India and China, the Chinese are not visible, they go on excursions. Hindus swim in their underpants, they forgot to tell them about their swimming trunks. You just turn a blind eye to a lot of things. Water pours is a separate kind of art, in the sink it splashes in all directions, in the shower it closes the third time. The toilet is leaking-they're not doing anything. Upon arrival, I saw that a piece of wood was torn off on the door, I asked them to fix it, because my children might touch it, or scratch it, they wrote it down, but of course no one came to me. The three of us (one adult) and two children lived in the room, we settled perfectly, I had a double bed, the children had a bunk bed. The beds are clean, there are no complaints. We got two sets of towels, and I told them about it on the first day. Since it's the first time the three of us are relaxing, I didn't know how to fill the room, which was why I was so fucking puzzled when I was told when I left the room that I didn't have a bathrobe. After that, we came down with the most severe norovirus, such that my youngest child fainted from dehydration. If I were there, maybe I would try to prove it, but I'm already in Russia, and I can't prove it. Therefore, if you have already taken a ticket there, at least take off and photograph the presence of everything in the room so that they don't hang something on you that wasn't there.
