It's not a bad hotel. The rooms are a little tired and outdated. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied, but after a week they get boring. There are few fish, no seafood. Advantageous location, shops, markets, everything nearby, cafes, Russian cafes. The beach is small and dirty, there are few sun beds and everyone is busy with monumental aunts in the morning.

Nice villas. There are few people. The sun beds were empty in May. The presence of centipedes is puzzling - there are none in the neighboring living rooms.

I'm not a fan of the huge hotels he belongs to. But the rooms are clean, but the style of the whole building and the rooms are 30 years old..The first level is located about 4 floors above the sea. And it's all up the stairs. Nice pools.but the recreation area is small for so many people. The piece of cloth is small. People on top of each other. There are many huge halls and other rooms that are maintained at the expense of tourists. There are no well-equipped smoking areas. It's not worth the money. Thank God.I didn't live there.I was visiting. I rented a hotel nearby, cheaper, but much nicer.

Everything in the hotel is great, except for one for more than 300 rooms, there are 80 sun beds in total, because of this, everyone runs at 4 at 5 in the morning and occupies these sun beds. Some of the sunbeds are barely breathing and are broken.

Old furniture, appliances and not very clean. Poor room cleaning. A good tip won't help. Beautiful sea view, cool pool. In fact, there may be strangers in the hotel, a poor guest control system. Residents from nearby hotels came to our pool. The sun beds are almost always occupied. One of the advantages is a well-maintained territory and location, near an exchange office, shops, a laundry and a market. The first coastline.

In December 2024, I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I like. Excellent location, good breakfasts, spacious rooms. The only drawback is the lack of sun beds by the pool and on the beach in high season.

The hotel is cool. Let me give you some advice. if you choose from a fir tree on the first line, then book with a view of the sea and a higher floor. There are 15-20 there. The views are gorgeous. And if there's a thunderstorm, you can sit all night with a bottle of whiskey)) have a good rest.

The hotel is tired, the rooms are very large. There are a lot of people, there have never been sun beds by the sea or by the pool in 10 days. Russian tourists put towels in the morning. I wouldn't go there anymore. Although some are thrilled.

The rooms are normal, the pool is good, clean, the territory by the sea is its own! There is everything you need nearby. We can say that the Russian quarter! The breakfasts are good. Pigeons on the tables that are eating on the open veranda... a cockroach was seen on the tablecloth. When checking in, check for umbrellas, etc. They tried to claim that one of them was missing during the eviction, but they still refunded the deposit for the room in full - 2000 Baht. And anyway, what's the deposit for if everything is out of the fridge?! So that what has been cracked for a long time and is subject to write-off can be recovered from tourists ... there is not enough furniture on the balcony, there is none at all. And there was nowhere to hang the laundry to dry, they bought clothespins and dried swimsuits on the belt of the dress;)

The hotel is old, the deck chairs (especially the mattresses -the dermantin is crumbling with age ,) lying down is disgusting, one towel for the whole day does not fit into one gate at all , swearing is necessary to knock out the second. For the 15th time, there was no such thing in tae. They clean up - they sweep up with a broom and everything to do a wet cleaning must be done with a soul.I give it one star , it pops up 4 and it doesn 't change . Shame, shame, shame. There's only one bullshit.

It's a good hotel, but there are pros and cons. Let's start with the pros. It is in a very good location. Firstly, this is the northern part of Pattaya and secondly, the location itself is very convenient. When you come to a hotel in winter, you don't have to leave it at all. Which is very convenient. Since everything is overloaded at this time, there is no point in taking excursions. Here's a clear sea for you, here's a pool for you, here's all the cafes, shops, excursions, exchangers, Terminal 21, and so on. The hotel itself is certainly not new, but it is quite decent for its year of construction, territory and location. Choosing between and between it is better to choose the sea, the sun, and comfort within walking distance than to sit in beautiful walls and windows. You will not see Chinese, Indians, Europeans and other nationalities in the hotel. Since they won't be there at all, or they'll just disappear into the crowds of Russians, that's why there's no prostitution going on in other areas of Pattaya. This is also a disadvantage, because by the middle of the rest you start to get tired of Russians, because our mentality is unshakable. What awaits you in the season from the Russians. In the morning, all the deck chairs will be occupied, all the tables will be at breakfast, and there will be a crush near the food feeders, drunken dads being driven home by mothers with children like in a movie from the 90s. In the New Year, it feels like you haven't even left Russia. Russians with full bags of tangerines, beer and chips are like ants in an anthill, heading to the hotel. In the same place, all those viruses, snot and sores that kindergarten children bring home are waiting for you during the season. If you are from Irkutsk or the region, then every time you take the elevator you will meet your neighbors at the entrance, garage, cottage or school. I constantly meet acquaintances, friends, neighbors, and professional colleagues there. Ruka is always greeting and greeting someone. But it is difficult to find an alternative to this hotel, which is why it is so popular, although it has its drawbacks. Therefore, all beavers ✋🏻 and see you at the hotel , you will like it 😂

The hotel pulls for 4, there is a problem with sun beds, you need to borrow at 5 in the morning. At the end of the rest, they withdrew 200 baht from the deposit for the lost coffee saucer, which they themselves lost.....This is not the first case, keep an eye on the room after cleaning!!!!

I do not recommend this hotel. Of course, I've been to many 4* hotels, for example, Graceland Resort in Phuket, Patong, Emerald in Khao Lak - that's where 4* is deserved, and this is a maximum of 2* About the Long Beach Garden Hotel room. The fact that the furniture is old is fine, but the rooms are very dirty. The dirt in the rooms is perennial (see photo) Upon arrival, I looked at the room, the bed linen was covered in droplets of someone's blood, the dust was centuries-old everywhere, the floors were not washed, room 9020. I immediately invited the maids, showed them what to change- the linen was changed. The floors have not been washed for three days, it is impossible to walk on the floor with bare feet, the feet are black. Then I took it and poured water straight from the hose, and invited the maids again to clean the floor. The bathroom curtain is dirty, and it's black with dirt underneath. About deck chairs on the beach, it's full of trash. Everything is falling apart, only the pool is more or less decent. They are sorely lacking. People are forced to take a place "under the sun" Of course, there is a category of citizens who, once they arrive, do not remove rags/ towels from their sun beds until the end of their vacation, so to speak for sure... At 7 a.m., there are no more deck chairs available. Nearby (30 meters walk) there are paid deck chairs for 100 baht (see photo) The food is normal. There are no complaints about nutrition. To summarize: No, no again, I will not come here, and I will not recommend it to anyone. By the way, I've been to Thailand 8 times, and this hotel is the worst, they don't respect their guests in this hotel.

A huge anthill, there is practically no beach, from the word at all, an incomprehensible battle for sun beds, the hotel is large, there is no Russian guide, it is unclear what the stars are given for, in my opinion, no more than three pulls, in general, I do not advise.

Attention!!! The hotel is nice, but the beach is small, there are no sun beds available if you haven't run out in the morning and thrown in a towel. The DEPOSIT is TAKEN IN BAHT, 2000 baht, they will be given in baht upon departure, the exchangers cannot be exchanged for dollars, they only change for $ 100, you need to leave about 1500 baht, then you will change for $ 100. Keep that in mind.

Luxury hotel for 4+. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the linen was changed frequently. The breakfast food is very varied, delicious, lots of different fruits. The location of the hotel is good, there is everything you need near the hotel, an exchange office with a favorable exchange rate opposite, a fruit market and restaurants with food. There is a massage parlor nearby, with very friendly staff. The beach is nice and clean. The sun beds are equipped with towels, but if we see that there is no person, we lie down, and then we put the towel as it was. And there are no nerves that do not lie down)) There have always been places to relax by the beach and pool. It's a long way to walk to Volkin Street, of course, but we Siberians are desperate people. We went a couple of times. The pool in the department is also cool. I will definitely go to this hotel again. There are souvenir shops opposite (cheaper than at the night market). For smokers, everything is nearby))) In short, the buzz!

I don't know who writes such loud reviews that the hotel is gorgeous, but as a person who is currently in this hotel, I can safely say that apart from the good location of this hotel, there are no more advantages! The rooms are not cleaned of the word at all! How much easier my husband is about this than me, and here he is horrified by the condition of the rooms and dirt. We changed 3 rooms today, thanks, of course, to the staff for meeting us and showing us the other rooms, but everything was terrible there. We found a more than 10% clean room, unlike the others. Settled in. The shower is filthy to the point of horror, nothing is wiped, there is a smell. It feels like the previous tenants have moved out, so the next ones are moving in. The bed linen, however, smells fresh, it is clear that it is being washed, but it is not without dirt. For some strange reason, the pool is open until 7, this is the first time we have encountered this. Thank God, this is not the first time we have traveled, there is something to compare it with. We've never lived like this before. The tap water is terribly cloudy and smelly. There's supposed to be light on the balcony, but there's only a hole in the ceiling, and there's probably no one to screw in the lamp. But we were quickly tipped for picking up our suitcases in the room, and this was also the first time we had encountered this. We've been to high-status hotels, but we didn't do that there. The deposit is only in baht, they ran to change the money before they had time to check in. In general, I rarely leave reviews, but here I just feel sorry for my money spent and would like to notify the rest of the visitors about this state of the hotel.

This is not the first time we have rested in Pattaya, we chose this hotel, the rooms are ancient, they have not been renovated for a long time, everything is old in the rooms, there is no cleaning in the rooms! And the most important thing is cockroaches!!!! An employee came to the complaints and brought a dictaphone!Apparently he wanted to poison cockroaches and us! As a result , he was sent from where he came from ! There is a video of cockroach escapes, but he doesn't upload it here!!!!! We just returned from this hotel, we were in room 2302 for the first time, with a view of the neighboring building, it's noisy in the evening and at night, buses arrive around the clock, tourists drop off, and opposite there is a small decorative waterfall and noise from it, it's probably better to take a room with a view of the sea, it will be quieter. From + : close to the sea, beach more or less, better than the city, breakfast is normal, swimming pool on site, near shops, massage, market, cleaning every day I didn't like it: there are few lights in the room, it's dark, there aren't enough shelves in the closet, there's nowhere to put things, you need to bring a rope to dry your swimsuits, mosquitoes (you need a fumigator), the air conditioner wasn't working in our room, cold air was blowing all the time, you turn it on cold, turn it off hot. In general, it resembles Anapa, only Russians, the beach is packed, sun beds should be occupied at 4 a.m., we went a little to the right and took bedding from the house. By the way, the Wi-Fi in the 2nd building where we lived is working well. We planned to go swimming to the island, but in the end we only went once, it was a bit hard, first by taxi to the pier, then by ferry for 40 minutes, then by tuk tuk for 20 minutes, tia beach was called cool, clear sea, white sand, but it took a long time to get there, we were exhausted with the children. And there's not much to eat on the beach. If you had chosen a hotel closer to the pier, maybe you would have gone to the island again, it would be better to stay there overnight. Upon departure, one woman was arguing with them about a spoon, they deducted money from the deposit, she tried to prove to them that there was no spoon in the first place, but it was hopeless. We checked out normally, the deposit was returned, 2000 Baht, it was 1000 before. If you look around, you can also find disadvantages, but we didn't find fault much, you go into the room after the beach and everything is in the sand, no matter how you wash your feet after the beach, you have to understand that this is not Turkey. There's nowhere to walk near the hotel, you have to take a taxi to the center, but there are crowds of people there, nothing beautiful, just cafes and shops. I don't know, many people go every year, I like everything, I wouldn't go anymore. Be prepared to spend half of the package on food and excursions. Excursions are very expensive (Bangkok 33,000 rubles for 4 people, Kwai 50 thousand for 2 adults and 2 children, water park 12,000, zoo with a tour of 13,000 for 6 people, fishing 15,000 for two, etc.) we went everywhere for the first time and are unlikely to come again.

We are glad that the manager of the Pegasus travel agency understood our wishes, the hotel territory was very pleased-especially in the cascade area of pools with waterfalls, I did not want to leave it even in the rain, we hid in the water :) .Right by the cascade of pools there is a gym, a bar, and a descent to the beach. The bay and the beach are apparently unpopular for swimming due to dirty water (many high-rise hotels and their drains are not a myth). The food at the hotel is not bad, excursions to choose from, evening walks can be combined with an inexpensive snack - there are mobile trays with grilled products on every corner. We were interested in the movement, and Phuket is more suitable for beach lovers.

The third building of the Long Beach Hotel. It is located away from the two main buildings. A real oasis in the city, as of March 2020, a confident four in the hotel rank. The distance from the sea is within 600-700 meters. You can use the pool near the main 16-storey building at the same time. There, the sea is literally 30-50 meters away. The hotel has a private beach with free sun beds and towels. Meals are only breakfasts, but there are plenty of scanty cafes around, designed for 8-10 people. Nearby there are two chain stores Seven Eleven and one Family Markt. One currency exchanger and several fruit stands. I recommend this hotel as a quiet and cozy place for a relaxing holiday. But as of March 23, hardly anyone from Russia will be able to rest there. The coronavirus pandemic is closing Thailand to vacationers.
