I just stood at the window for half an hour, and no one bothered to come over. Russians pay a lot of attention to the nation, and if they're Russian, they'll serve us well, but they're just Kazakhs, so get used to it. But it gets worse. I later realized why. They promised to bring the second fragrance on Monday. I specifically wrote to them on WhatsApp, they replied: "Come, everything is there." As a result, I arrived, spent time, there is no product. The managers are absolutely not able to work with clients: they gave me phone numbers so that I could call the delivery myself. As a result, I called every day — completely ignored, they don't pick up the phone. At the same time, the product arrived at the boutique (a friend came in and saw it), but no one even deigned to unsubscribe, even though they promised. The level of service in Almaty is not luxury, but a bazaar. WhatsApp correspondence is a separate kind of disaster (I attach screenshots). If the management does not take action against consultants, you will lose all adequate buyers. I have no other words, guys. It's just awful.
